After reading that this XL ink prints approximately 330 pages, I ordered it. I ran out of ink after printing 72 pages using a new HP printer. Are you thinking the batch was just a bad batch (which were dried out in a warehouse)? After reordering this specific ink, I got the same results. I installed a new black XL ink cartridge as well as this new XL color cartridge, and made sure my printer was set back to "Normal" print quality, as well as adding the "Save Ink Toner" setting to my printer's preferences. Once in awhile, it would just randomly give me this error saying that the cartridges it indicates aren't compatible with this printer. In the pictures you can see that I have black and color 63XL and 63XLX cartridges that work perfectly. Other 63XL color cartridges have also worked without a problem in the past. Small businesses in behavioral health can't afford to waste $40 on these things, and as a small business owner, I cannot afford to buy these things.
