I am using it with an HP Deskjet 1051 and it works perfectly. There are no other printers that I am aware of. It is easier to use the XL cartridges since they last so long. When your printer requests HP61, the XL will be the same size, just with It is my hope that I was able to answer Barb2 (*)
There will be no space for it. I'm sorry, but you need to order the "normal" cartridge size.
61XL's box lists your printer as being the right size / your computer was listed as being compatible

In four of the four triadic games There are six blank ink cartridges and six color cartridges. The magenta ink has not worked in any of them. The Amazon customer service team called me on the phone and got me through to HP tech support. They helped me troubleshoot, and after I'd not succeeded, they told me to check To my delight, it turned out that the validity period ended in January As it turns out, the black ink from 2015 was even worse than the black ink from This meant that ink had dried out and was no longer usable. I received a full refund from Amazon, but I am not satisfied with the fact that expired ink is being sold. a warning to consumers make sure you look at the dates on the box when you receive.
HP Envy 4500 had no problem with the printer as it did not detect the cartridge as a valid cartridge since it printed a single page. This indicates that the cartridge was very very old or defective. It was not possible to get the printer to print black and white other than taking out the faulty ink cartridges. Once the ink was pulled from the packaging, I discovered that the ink was leaking out and blocking the sensors. The printer isn't used very often, and printing in color is rare unless we are printing documents specifically for the purpose. Only this color part is required to print anything because it is required by the printer. The product I have right now is clearly defective and I require a replacement However, since we are out of the return window (it has been less than 120 days since purchase), that isn't possible. To put this into perspective, the last set of printer cartridges we purchased for the printer lasted us two.
The box arrived from Amazon stamped with "Malaysia" on the outside of the HP packaging. I have never had a problem with Amazon. The cartridge looked identical to the one in my other printer, so I installed it.
It was rejected by my printer with an error stating that it was incompatible. After going to Cost Co, I bought another HP 61XL and put it into my system with no problems. I am not sure if HP products purchased in other countries won't work as well as ones purchased in the USA, but I won't take the risk.
The price was okay, but it wasn't worth the money in my opinion. Let me start by saying that the genuine HP cartridges are reliable. To my knowledge, none of them have ever worked improperly. Therefore, my impression is that they have good quality control. I am heavily opposed to these things due to their lack of value (in my opinion), as to During the process of pre-loading, a significant amount of the ink in the cartridge is used up In recent models of printers, there has been an increase in the ability to perform these tasks automatically, such as printing warmup pages, alignment pages, test pages, etc. If you replace a cartridge frequently, you could print an alignment page or a test page. It is possible to argue that this is for quality control reasons, but it is comparable to having car maintenance personnel charge you a fee for a frontal inspection You should rotate your tires every time you get an end alignment. There is no need for it regardless of whether you need it. HP is delighted to find that all of this work has been completed before the upcoming release Ink is used even more when printing maintenance work is done. The trend has not only been noted by me it has been pointed out by others as well There are a number of news outlets which single out HP as a particularly bad offender in that regard you will have to decide on your own if they are a good deal or not. The ink cartridges are more reliable than generic cartridges, but it's hard to shake the bitter taste in your mouth after spending so much on ink and knowing that a good chunk of it will never reach the pages thanks to all of this "helpful" pre-installation Consumption of ink caused by printing maintenance.
I think that applies here as well. The cartridge gives me headaches every time I use it - Since I've owned it for years, I buy the same make and model. As a result of its greater printing capacity, the XL has always been a favorite of mine. This product is therefore more expensive, for which you naturally pay more. There is a Prime-esque "free shipping + handling" offer as well An example is provided. With it, I can print on and off as I please Neither with good quality nor with sufficient quantity. In the past, I was able to print photos at home with this brand and model Using special paper for the model. Not at all. My printer refuses to print with this cartridge often, saying there is a problem with the cartridge or the ink is out- of- alignment. I have been told to realign the cartridge on several occasions- my colors are off, and sometimes it refuses to print at all. When the cartridge needs to be changed, you have to do so. Become aware of the dangers! There are a lot of games being played by this vendor. I should have read the other reviews more carefully. What was the turnaround time for your USED product? Yes, of course. What did I pay for? Did I receive what I paid for? There is no chance of it.
Make sure you read the fine print. There is a difference between the cartridges I ordered several times ago and the ones I ordered this time. It does not come in a box anymore In the last 2 orders I placed, the blue and white box arrived. As a result, my HP printer will not accept these cartridges, claiming that there was a problem with them. I am a stupid person Now that I opened the second cartridge to see if it would work, I can't send either one Unless the cartridges actually work, this is not worth ordering again, since I'll save a little bit of money but end up losing it It appears that we are being sold remanufactured cartridges instead of new ones as advertised, as many others here have stated.
