So, I put in the old cartridge just to be sure it was the printer, and no error message popped up, just the low ink warning. Upon request, the full amount will be refunded to me. surprised that this is a HP product, as I tended to ignore negative reviews due to my confidence in HP. Still, I should have listened to the negative comments. When I loaded the new color cartridge I positioned it on top of the black cartridge and printed what you see and low and behold, I got the final picture you see of dad and me in green. In fact, I'm kind of pissed off and not happy at all. At checkout I was told it would be 2 days before I was able to spend the $30+ dollars promised one day . There was no big deal and then for this. I believe my dad would consider this unacceptable.
