It was easy to mount on my monitor, and it worked well. The USB will automatically install the software as soon as it is plugged in. Even though this was my first time using a webcam that was separate from my laptop, I was able to install it in minutes and record a video after a few minutes. I am seated in front of the monitor and this camera is pointed at me. However, even though it is small, the video area back behind me includes the entire room. There could have been an easy way to adjust the filter (it looks very yellow with my indoor lighting) and it would've been nice if the camera could rotate left and right in addition to up and down (although I can always remove the camera and orient it any way I choose).

As you can see from the picture, the webcam is smaller than it appears in the picture, but that's a good thing as most people won't want a large webcam on their screen. The webcam was exactly what I was looking for since it came with both a tripod and privacy cover, which I find hard to find in a low priced webcam There is no webcam that offers greater value for the price than this one.

I'm impressed with the quality and ease of use of this product. Make sure the camera cover is left on while using unless you don't want to record video. A longer cable for the USB will enable better positioning of the camera on the monitor as it won't be restricted by the length of the cable. The three monitors that I'm using are listed below. The only issue I have is the filtering on the video. There is a slight reddish tint for some reason. There was no response from the vendor after I contacted them. A few weeks ago, I purchased this camera as a gift for my in-laws I was asked to set up a video call for a relative's computer. Besides the good reviews, one of the other factors that led me to selecting this product was the price. We received it within a day and it was delivered in excellent condition. It was very easy to install and setup. All I had to do was plug it in and it worked. The whole experience was flawless. It was great to see the video and to hear how the microphone sounded. It is a product that I would definitely recommend.

Easy to use is my favorite feature. I don't care whether they are tech-savvy or not, they can use this product without a problem.
