The Windows 10 desktop
5/5

Due to the fact that the camera that came with my laptop is trash, I bought this camera. A pic of the camera with no light is shown in the first photo. In the second photo, you can see the ring light all the way up. In the last photo, you can see the default camera on my computer. The process of setting it up took far too long. The second one I ordered was because the other was trash, but it turns out it can only be used with Windows 10 if you do more. Follow these steps to see if that works. You need to download Razers Synapse software and then follow the steps again if it doesn't work. Here are the steps to completing step one Window (Windows 98/95/2000/XP) Go to Settings
Access to camera on this device (On)
Allow apps to access your camera (On)
Step 2 Install the camera app (On)
Step 3 To begin, push Windows + X then click on Device Manager
Click on Cameras
Right-click existing camera, then disable it
Getting back to the Razer Kiyo should take over automatically. You can now enable the original camera if you want to use it along with the default By the way, the customer support is fantastic there by the way. If you need anything, you can right click and enable Razer Kiyo

I hope this saves someone an hour of their time. Even though they weren't able to help, I was able to fix it myself, but they were very polite and helpful.

This is not a good option for working at If you plan to use it in apps like Zoom or Teams, do not buy it
3/5

The Razer software is responsible for allowing users to configure features like FOV and HDR. Apps that can be used for productivity cannot see customizations made with this In this case, you are limited to the wide angle and SDR output of The situation is not.

Avoid the following For cheap junk, you can get big dollars
3/5

Please click here. A total of 4 months have passed since I received the camera. The time I had to use it was limited. From the day it was delivered to me, I put it on top of my monitor. The lens of the camera was droopy one day, so I adjusted it just a bit to keep the tip of my head from getting cropped off. The camera fell off its hinge as soon as I touched it (without applying pressure). In any case, I contacted support, which seemed to be somewhat helpful after asking if I dropped the camera. It was issued a RMA with pre-approval It is shipped for free. Although it took them some time to get the right answer, it left me with an unfavorable My normal live stream schedule is three per week, and since the RMA process has not yet been completed I have had to use the integrated laptop camera. There is no way of knowing how long it Besides lighting and the camera, I also had issues with other aspects of the process. In order to get the camera to turn on and adjust the white balance properly, I had to turn it on/off/on/off/on a few times. There could be a software issue with my camera, but I don't have this issue with any Razer is no longer an option for me.

Take note if you are serious about your stream quality, as this will be After falling for the marketing hype surrounding this product being sent to multiple streamers, I bought it
3/5

In comparison with my existing C920, I was extremely disappointed with the results of this test Please note - There is a lot of grain in the picture. I found it to be a step up from a regular laptop camera*- I adjusted the white balance and it improved, but the saturation slider washed out the colors beyond repair*. - Autofocus problems due to a phenomenon where the ring light randomly goes out via OBS. In addition, the auto focus does not respond Manual adjustment was the best method of improving the result - The video stream builds up a progressive delay as it is being fed through After a while there is a very noticeable difference between moving and the camera registering and showing that movement.

Very good marketing campaign, but if you care about your stream quality. Please stay away from me! The options you have are much better than the ones you have now. It is unfortunate.

There are three players in the battle 920, Brio, and Please click here
5/5

In the event you're a YouTube reviewer with an established following, and you're making full screen videos with your favorite background, then Brio would be a good choice.
Get the Kiyo if you are looking for a DRAMATIC improvement over the 920. Kiyo and Brio both worked with a green screen and there was no difference between them. Both have the same background, but one has a different background. It seems to me that you could purchase a green screen plus a Kiyo and you would be in a great position. The OBS client can be used with this. The software/firmware you are trying to download is not available.

As I expected, it wasn't as good as I thought it would be
3/5

It was my first time using a webcam, and A Logitech C920 and a Microsoft Life Cam are among my video cameras. It's certainly better quality than the other and the price difference is very small. I do like the adjustable ring light and the 60 frames per second at 720p, but I feel that's the extent of the benefits. However, I didn't love this one as much as I loved Razer's other products. Please keep reading.

No matter which computer I use (new Dell laptop or PC), it does not work
3/5

This item appealed to me because of the ring light (which is perfect for web conferencing) and because my laptop's camera is located near the hinge, which gives us an awkward angle in the face of the camera. I haven't been able to use either of the cameras I bought on my desktops. Neither of my computers is very old - they're both relatively new. Approximately one year ago, I purchased a Dell Precision laptop and last week, I purchased a Dell OptiPlex desktop. I have noticed that the camera does not work with the USB ports My LED does not light up at all, my ring light does not light up, and my computer does not show a camera option as an option. According to my assumptions, this device does not work with the latest The books have been returned to me.

It is by far the best webcam I've ever had
5/5

After I updated the firmware, it started acting completely differently than it did when it first arrived. I would have given it a single star at first. It is by far the best webcam I've ever had. The light is very bright and sharp. I love how accurate and vibrant the color looks.
