Yes, it is compatible with our d7000 and 7200 cameras.
The LCD on the 80D is three inches wide. 0" (7. 7cm). This loupe is designed to be used with three people. 2". You can use this if you don't mind the slightly bigger size. Hoodman also produces a 3" loupe that will fit perfectly.
I have the larger version, which I would not use on a smaller screen. The larger hood would be inconvenient for you, and I'm considering getting the smaller size for use with my larger LCD for convenience.

On my D-II, I have a 2" screen. 750 without obstructing access to the control buttons and selector. I appreciate being able to review and focus the photos without having to download them to my computer or iPad. Use a lanyard, and it will always be there to help you focus or set up the shot in bright, sinister lighting. This is a fantastic addition to my collection. This book comes highly recommended.
Keep an eye out for imitations. Very well-written- constructed, which is extremely useful It's a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Keep an eye out for imitations. In an attempt to save money, I tried a couple of other loupes from different manufacturers, but they didn't perform as well as the Hoodman loupe. My Nikon D810 fits perfectly in this case. It does an excellent job of blocking out ambient light, but I don't want to have to hold it in place. According to several reviewers, Hoodman's elastic bands are both overpriced and ineffective. I'd like to use adhesive to secure this loupe to the snap-on cover on my D810. on a plastic screen protector, but I'm not sure which adhesive is best for this job. I'll look into it further and possibly update my review. The advantage would be that my Hoodman loupe would be more securely attached to my D810, thanks to the snap-in mount. BM-Nikkor AF-S Nikkor AF-S Nikkor AF When I don't want to use the loupe and just use the screen, I can remove the 12 screen protector. Alternatively, I could simply unclip and remove the eyepiece portion of my Hoodman H32MB loupe, leaving only the base.
It was recommended to me by a friend who let me try out hers. I ordered one right away, and it arrived just in time for a two-day trip. During a day shoot in the desert, I was able to virtually eliminate missed shots due to focus errors by using this device. This is how it works: I used to dismiss these because I thought they were an overpriced sun shade. But I didn't realize how important the optics were. One of these features is a diopter adjustment, which allows me to see my LCD without the need for reading glasses or squinting. Also, the loupe's magnification comes in handy when checking focus after a shot - It becomes quick, simple, and most importantly, precise; I had no idea how much the sun shade would aid viewing or previewing. Even at night, it is beneficial. There is no longer any glare from other people's headlights, streetlights, or other sources. This device has quickly become indispensable to me after only a few uses.
It was stated in the description that if the size does not fit your camera's screen, you can easily get another part to replace it with the correct size, but this is not the case. For whatever reason, the Sony version (H30MB) has been discontinued. When I contacted their customer service to inquire about why I couldn't find the right size online, they told me that I could contact them to purchase an H30MB that was still available. I did so because my eyesight isn't great, and I'm hoping that this will help me focus manually much better. However, I don't understand why they would discontinue such a popular camera, and it means that I'll have to be careful with it because I won't be able to replace it if I break or lose it.
This was recommended to me by my photography teacher, and it is a game changer! I'm still new to photography, so I need to double-check my work before moving on, which is difficult to do when you're outside and looking at your shot on a 3" screen. This is extremely useful because it magnifies the screen, allowing you to double-check your work before proceeding. It is also lightweight and portable. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's well worth the money.
For daylight travel photography, this is a must-have tool. Even in bright, sunny conditions, this loupe allowed me to quickly and accurately review my photos. While my camera was mounted on a tripod, it was also very useful for fine-tuning manual focusing. Tilt-and-shift photography is particularly challenging. If you're serious about photography, you should definitely invest in a pair of these loupes. This book comes highly recommended.
But if that's not a problem for you, it's a very well-made product. If you're aware that it won't be magnified and won't be able to be mounted, this is a VERY solid and well-made product. The diopter feature is a fantastic addition to this well-made product. br>br>I had no idea (though I could have figured it out if I had read the description more carefully).
This small piece of equipment is fantastic, particularly when shooting in the sun. It shades your display to make it visible in bright sunlight, and you can adjust the diopter to match your vision. Because I wear contact lenses and read glasses, I frequently have trouble seeing the display on my camera. Reading glasses can be replaced with the HoodLoupe. It can be worn around your neck to make it more convenient to use. I never leave the house without at least one of them.
