Yes, this will work with the xt3. I bought one for myself, and it's perfect.
It's made of a tougher rubber than the standard.
Yes, that's the one I have; it doesn't stick out quite as much, so it doesn't pop out every time you put it in the bag.

A lot of people upgrade, as far as I can tell. I wear glasses and was looking for a smaller eyecup that wouldn't smudge them as much. This is fantastic in that regard. Many people upgrade their XT1 to remove the eyecup, but I still have them on both of my XT2s.
This is the better option for when I wear my glasses, and it's also more minimalist than the original one on the X-Box. T2 and X- T3 protrudes from the body and can become entangled in clothing. However, for what it is, it is a little pricey.
It is functional. With glasses, you can see the EVF slightly better. Getting caught when taking the camera out of the bag will be less of a hassle.
The original eyecup was bigger and could be easily removed from the camera. This one is smaller and fits closer to the camera body, so it won't get in the way. It's hoped that it will outlast the original eye cup.
The X-ray should be inserted. T3 with no obstruction in the viewfinder. When shooting from the waist or at a low level, the back LCD is also easier to see.
Perfect! The factory should have sent it this way.
