It is not compatible with the Sony a7c.
It's not going to work.
There isn't an eye cup for the a3000 that I'm aware of. A 3000 is one of the models I own. There is no way to add an eye cup separately. If the hard plastic of the existing eye relief bothers you, either because you wear glasses or for another reason, I would find some rubber tubing of an appropriate diameter and cut it to length to fit on the existing eye relief. Cut a lengthwise slit in the tubing and glue it to the existing tubing.
Yes, it appears to me as if it belongs to me. It's a good fit for my Sony A600.

I tried pushing very hard and using both eyepieces to see if one of them was defective, but they don't fit. The plastic around the eyepiece has now been scratched. I have no one but myself to blame, but hopefully I can save others from the same misfortune. If you already own a 6400, DO NOT BUY!.
This item is something I buy on a yearly basis. I really like it when I can use it after I put it on my camera. The most serious flaw is that it does not remain attached to the camera. I seem to lose them all the time, and I believe I've lost at least four of these orders (for a total of eight pieces). Next time, I'll either glue it to my camera or find another company to work with. I'm tired of placing orders over and over, hoping that this time it won't be a "lemon" and that it will stay on the camera longer this time. I'm done. No more.
I've always disliked the fact that my A6000 didn't come with a viewfinder eyecup, but these do the trick. Some people have complained that they are falling off, but mine have not moved since I snapped them on. I frequently take my camera in and out of a camera bag and have never had a problem. If you're using a Sony crop sensor, it's well worth it!.
Snapped on with a firm grip. Why wasn't one of these included with the camera by Sony? It's a no-brainer purchase, with two extras included in case you lose one, but that would take some rough handling because it's so secure. The Sony A6300 has it installed. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Yes, I lost one when the camera brushed up against my jeans as I exited a boat, and the eyecup promptly sank into the water. It was secure, but since it isn't permanent, I purchased a second set as a precaution. They are very appealing to me.
It's the perfect fit for my Sony a6000. It has a nice tight fit and does not fall off. As you might expect, it was a breeze to put on and felt great on my eye. It was also comfortable to wear while wearing glasses. It appears to cover a small portion of the viewfinder's sensor on the side, but it has no bearing on performance. I'm extremely pleased with the results.
I've read that they come off easily in some reviews, but that isn't always the case. It's not like they're going to fall off on their own. Mine lock into position and don't move. They've only come off when I'm pulling or placing my camera into my back and it gets caught on something, causing it to pop off. I'm sure it would be the same for any other piece. br>br>Overall, a good product; just make sure it doesn't get tangled up in anything.
I hadn't realized I'd misplaced the original a6000 viewfinder eyecup piece until I was on the bus. Then I bought a pair of two for the next two years, but they were easily falling off. I've now purchased two new eyecup pieces and am still using my camera. Actually, it's much better because, unlike the other pieces I had, it stays put and doesn't fall out like the previous ones did. The finished product meets my expectations.
These are more comfortable than the stock eye cup, and when mounted on the camera, they are very secure. After 2- After three months of use, the one on my camera is starting to fall off more frequently, so I've packed a backup in my camera bag in case I lose the cup on set. When that happens, I'll be sure to get another pair because these are already outlasting the stock Sony eye cup in terms of durability.
