Cheap, cheap, cheap Save your money and upgrade the remote wire is so thin that if you have to pull or twist it, it will break and is impossible to strip with a wire stripper

It's a decent set of tools. However, if you plan on using a true 8 gauge wire, this is not the wire for you. This will work if you have a cheap amplifier such as a power acoustics or a boss.

The wires have a great feel to them, they're sturdy and strong but not stiff, the connectors were simple to crimp on, and there was plenty of wire to run everything.
