Sound in all directions.
Makes wire management a whole lot easier.
The packaging is well-labeled and well-designed. It's simple to set up, and the sound is fantastic.
This cable is one of my favorites. It is of excellent quality and is simple to use. GearIT does not come in smaller spools, which is the only disadvantage. I was about 10 feet short, and GearIT only sells spools in sizes of 100, 200, and higher. I ordered a 50-foot roll from another company, and the quality is drastically different! I wish I could purchase GearIT cable in spools of 25 or 50 feet. If that were the case, I'd be much happier right now.
It's fantastic.
The real McCoy has arrived. 100% PURE OFC copper AND 12AWG! Although the image depicts 14AWG, only 12 were delivered.
Okay, I just read another review that mentioned the same problem I did. I purchased a 250-foot (12-gauge) roll. It was completely unspooled when it arrived at my house in Brazil. I can see Customs opening up the spool(center) to check the void area for items that shouldn't be there. However, because all of the wire was off the spool, it took a lot of effort to use and install it. This is an EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT PROBLEM that the company MUST FIX IMMEDIATELY. It was a task in and of itself to locate the wire's start and end points. If you're looking for a long run of wire, I don't recommend purchasing this. You'll need to set aside some time to get it ready to use. Who wants that? Not me . So, unless they change the material used to make the spool (I've bought some wire that had metal mixed in with CCA wire, or even plastic would be better), I wouldn't do it again. br>It's better to spend a little more money and get a ready-to-use roll of wire. I'm not a wire expert, so I can't comment on some of the other concerns raised about the written gauge. Aside from that, everything was "normal. " The wire and the outer insolation didn't stand out at all. That was fine by me. br>However, think about another brand that, in my opinion, will save you time (= money). I will, the next time I need wire, which will be next year.
