The cable is very well made and has a very high quality. Connecting an amp head and a speaker cabinet is the primary use for these sets of cables. My amps had plenty of space in between the other plugs on the back of the amp to accommodate the large connectors, so it was not a big deal for me. It may not work for you if the items on the back of your amplifier are too close together. According to the stock picture, the connector has changed to a standard, slimmer version, but I'm unsure of how they did that. I bought another one after liking the first one so much - My only complaint is that there was nothing wrong.
While Neutrik's REAN plugs might be their economy line, I see no reason to compromise on their quality in any way The casing is made of metal and the strainer is made of rubber The relief has been machined nicely, and the weight is incredible That's our job. The cable is properly clamped into the plug and there are good, shiny solder joints. The cable seems to be in perfect condition. You should take good care of it and this cable should last a long time.
The reason I bought this was to replace my 12awg 6ft GLS speaker cable. I didn't need one with such a long length. It is becoming more difficult to find 3dt GLS cables for the same price I was paying for it last time, so I searched around and found this cable for even less than the footer I purchased, but in 14AWG. This is being run from an Orange PPC212 cabinet to an Orange Crush Pro 120 head. From a sonically point of view, I can't discern anything different between them. My guess is that neither of you can. Buy this item if you want a good deal.
The conductors and connectors on my speaker cables should be thick and fat so it shouldn't be a problem to distinguish between an instrument cable and a speaker cable.
An amp cab cable that must be connected to an amp head of 15 watts that has a rms of 16 ohms and a first cabinet of 16 ohms that has a 25-ohms It is a vintage marshall watt. I used a 75 watt watt peavey combo amp to make a small stack that put out 98%Db.
It's the cable I needed to extend a cabinet, and it works perfectly.
I bought two of these 3ft cables to connect my amp to my speakers. Featured is a heavy duty 14 gauge copper cable with sturdy plugs that allow you to distinguish the cable from an instrument cable and make it easy to distinguish it as a speaker cable. The quality of the 3 foot cables was so good that I also purchased a 20 foot.
I have no problem working with it and I don't feel like a The cable is thick and of good quality. I would buy this product.
