Photos of the product don't accurately represent how it looks in person. It's really nice how the metal sleeves on the plugs pop off the surface, and the light plays off of it very well. When I tried to plug them in for the first time, the sleeve immediately fell I looked at the connector and saw only a small amount of glue holding the sleeve to it. Loctite adhesive was applied to the sleeve, and so far it seems to have held The connector end of this cable is very long and thin. This is one of my favorite things about it. In spite of its step-down design, one of my phone cases is quite thick, and I have another cable that cannot fit into one of my phone cases. Although thick cases will not prevent the cable from reaching the phone's headphone jack, the cable will be able to reach it nonetheless. Surely, Ugreen should have some basic quality assurance to ensure that their products work as expected. They could detect the defects before they are packaged and shipped out if just a bit of tension was applied to the sleeve of the connectors. These things aren't always easy to fix because not everyone has the right sort of glue.

The cable was delivered in January and I was really happy with it when it arrived. It looked and felt like a really well made product. Fast forward to mid April and the audio on the headphones I was using this with started to go It was evident that the cable was defective after testing it on different headphones and phones and iPads. At first, I was going to get rid of it and buy another cable from another vendor, but then I considered it and decided that 3 months was not enough time. My next step was to send an email to the vendor/manufacturer asking if the defective cable could be replaced. Within hours of my inquiry, they responded assuring me that this product was guaranteed for a year and that they would send me a replacement cable three to five days The process takes about five We received the new cable within 3 days of ordering it. At least until the end of the year I hope that this will continue. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with their customer service. * Update 12/1/2017
Well, I am very disappointed that my good experience is not to be carried over to the future. Once again, one of the cable's connectors died. The fault must be related to the manufacturing process. I have contacted customer service repeatedly, but this time, I have not received a response even though I am still within the 18 month warranty period. The latest update will be released on 12/7/2017. As it turns out, the cable was perfectly fine, it was the headphones that caused the problem. As a result, I've increased the stars to four. I like the product and the price is good.

It is the third time I am trying them. An extension cable with a diameter of 5mm. We often compare Monoprice cables to Kabeldirekt cables and Ugreen cables to Kabeldirekt cables, and Monoprice is the cheapest, so we compare those to each other. The Kabeldirekt cables are about $1 more for the same length cable than the Ugreen cables. There is a good reason to choose Ugreen cables In spite of this, I gave them four stars because the Kabeldirekt cables really outperform them. I liked the Ugreen connectors, but they were not as good as the Kabeldirekt version - the way they were attached to the cable was also poor. A key difference between the Kabeldirekt and the Ugreen is the strength of the connectors on the Kabeldirekt. Also, the Kabeldirekt cable itself is thicker and more robust - it is able to handle more power without fatigue. The length of the extension is important when using headphones with an extension of 10 or 15 feet. If you are running long cable runs, you should choose thicker, more robust cables As a result, they are less prone to tangle and kink as easily, as well as getting damaged by being With regards to the comparison of Ugrenn and Kabeldirekt with Monoprice, personally I would not go with Monoprice unless it were a matter of price.

This extension was playing sound from only one side after I connected it to my headset. I discovered that it was a non-specific issue (not a headset issue). It is secure through SSL. A new pair of shoes was sent today as a replacement. My experience was the same as yours. I assume I will have to purchase an item manufactured by a different company if I cannot find this one on the company's website. My entire headset collection is supplied by Ruko and I had no complaints about their customer service. It is my intention to get six headsets.

This adapter is for extending the length of my aux cable by 3 feet. However, this adapter is too wide to even fit my headphones, since it measures 3. 8 inches in diameter. Because of this, I cannot use it with my headphones, and I really do not know what else to do with I am certain that the item did arrive on time, that it was beautifully packaged, and that it works as I tested While I will be returning this adapter as it does not serve a purpose to me, it is not the fault of the item and it still provides great quality at an amazing price. I recommend it.

UPDATE It always makes a poor connection and I have to jiggle it
A replacement was sent to me for free after my review was read. Now that it seems to be working, it will take time to tell if it will persist. Customer service that you will not be able to find anywhere else!

UPDATE Honestly, I feel like a fool. From the male to the third. As far as I can tell, the wires I had plugged into my interface had a poor connection, so I'm not sure it was the adapter. Taking into account the quality service provided by UGREEN, I ordered two packs of those adapters. It further resolves my issue, so I hope it continues! Five stars are now assigned to this rating.
