While I was expecting this to be a reliable product, I find myself inadvertently wiggling the connectors into my headphones to secure them. I sometimes experience audio problems if I move the connector just a bit, and I then have to wiggle it again to locate the 'sweet spot' for it to connect. These are used for work, and it can be frustrating to have audio issues. It is difficult to provide a clear understanding of a presentation if the speaker has to repeat themselves.
