I'm getting conflicting information about whether or not this adapter will work with a Samsung S21 Ultra's Square card reader. ?

I had no problems with my Samsung S20 Ultra; in fact, it worked with my AUX outlet, which is why I ordered it in the first place.

Is it possible to enter data into this? On my phone, I'm attempting to record audio. ?

The answer is simple. Yes, I used wired earbuds to make a phone call, and the audio into the phone appears to be fine. Is it possible to install a microphone in the 3. Audio is recorded through a 5 jack. I tried using the recorder with earphones plugged in, and it worked fine. As a result, I believe it will be successful. Having to purchase is a pain
4/5

I tried other microphone lav dongles and they all made static noise; this was the ONLY one that didn't. This should have come with my Note 10 when I bought it, which is why I gave it one star. Samsung, by removing the aux and failing to include a dongle adapter, you've made it difficult for yourself. Other dongles do not provide clean recordings. Another disadvantage is that it is only available in one color, white, whereas my phone is Aura Black. Samsung, get your act together.

This was something I shouldn't have had to buy
3/5

When you touch the screen, you get an odd feedback. It will occasionally stop working, and I will have to power cycle my Note 10 to get it to work again. The current trend of removing the analog headphone jack from phones does not sit well with me. I drive a truck and must connect an auxiliary cable to the truck stereo to play music. I'm not sure why we can't all use the same DAC standard, and being forced to buy a Samsung-branded dongle is a turnoff to say the least; if you're going to externalize a primary output function of your device, Samsung, at least include the dongle in the box.

I received a counterfeit product that was sold by Seller1ON1br>1

The counterfeit product does not have "UHQ upscaler" in sound settings, so it is identified as "TTGK Audio" (the original has UHQ and is detected as Samsung Type-A). C to 3. "5pi gender adapter" is a term used to describe a tool that changes the gender of

The internal contacts are not gold plated, and the headphone jack is flat (the original is a bit round with gold plated contacts).

It works flawlessly with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10
5/5

After trying another company's version, which did not work reliably with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10, I decided to purchase this one. The first time I used this Samsung adapter, it performed flawlessly. I can count on it to work every time I plug it in. For phone calls, it works perfectly with the microphone on my headphones. It even amplifies the signal so that I don't need to turn up the volume. This USB-stick comes highly recommended by me. c to 3. 5mm adapter, designed specifically for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10!.

It's all right
3/5

It's all right. It's all right. The sound level is extremely low. I have to push the volume to 100% in order to obtain acceptable in indoor listening levels. The audio quality is poor. I'm sure it sounds fine with cheap headphones/earbuds, but there's a noticeable quality difference when compared to the Note 9. Bluetooth headphones are not a viable alternative. They don't compare to a wired set in terms of sound quality, convenience, or price/value. The biggest issue is that you can't use a cable to charge your phone while it's in use. A wireless charger can be used, but it is an additional cost. At the end of the day, you'll have to spend $50-$100. $80 to get your $1100 phone to'match' the previous generation's features. The more money you have, the less useful you are. This is a trend that I do not approve of. For my desk at work, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and invest in an external DAC/Amp solution.

For a Samsung Galaxy S21, it works like a charm
5/5

It's a shame it's necessary! This Samsung USB C to 3. 0 adapter is the genuine article. The adapter for a 5mm jack is simple to use. It produces excellent sound and allows me to use all of my wired earphones once more. My new Samsung Galaxy S21 comes with a pair of headphones. Many people have taken a star off their rating because they are dissatisfied with Samsung (either because the 3. 5mm jack, or simply because this adapter was not included in the box with their new, high-priced flagship phones). While I am frustrated, I will not deduct a star because this product performs admirably. This is the product you'll need if you want to use a nice wired headphone set with your newer Samsung phone. br>br>Before buying this Samsung adapter, I tried a couple of generic alternatives, which I'll list below. Unfortunately, neither worked well when making phone calls with headphones or earphones with a microphone. Everyone I tried calling with these generic adapters reported hearing a buzzing, hum, or other audio problem (I didn't hear any interference on my end – it was only on the other side). I didn't return the generics, though, because they're still useful for listening (and I can strategically place them to avoid having to carry an adapter with me everywhere). br>br>If you just want a cheap adapter to listen to music, a podcast, or a TikTok video, the following adapter might work for you (but keep in mind that it's only about $3 less than this Samsung product):.

If you already own a Note 10/10, do not purchase
3/5

Don't waste your money on static. br>br>Static isn't real. Invest in an ESR-2. 1 USB- Instead, use the letter C. It was bad enough that they got rid of the three. The box does not include a 5mm jack. They don't even know how to make a proper phone adapter. br>br>Because I have a note 10 and Samsung makes this, I assumed it would be the best. I couldn't have been more off the mark. The noise level has a 90s vibe to it. It appears as if you're listening to a cassette tape. I went online to see if anyone else had experienced this, and it turns out it's a fairly common issue. Despite the fact that they are unable to produce a proper dac adapter for their own phones, they continue to sell it to consumers. I purchased an ESR 2. 1 USB- C and all of a sudden, the issues are no longer an issue.
