Questions & Answers

So, is this an "Apple" official adapter or not?

On the 9th of October, 2020, I got my adapter. br>It's OFFICIAL, Apple-branded, and comes in an Apple-sealed white box.

Is it permissible for me to use a 3. Is there a 5 jack? Or is this just a headphone output?

My stereo headset (with a four-pole mini plug) does not work with this adapter because the mic is not enabled. However, the JSAUX adapter ($14) works perfectly with the headset mic and is much more durable than this one.

Is it possible to play music (volume, previous/next) and take phone calls (microphone) with it? In addition, when comparing the real one to the fake one, a low-cost generic, clone, or knock-off version off?

My iPhone 7 plus included this adapter. Don't buy it; instead, double-check the box in which your phone arrived. When it comes to music and phone calls, you have a lot of options. The only thing this piece does is allow you to continue using your existing 3. With your new phone (7 or 7 plus), you will receive a pair of 5m headphones. Your new phone, as you may be aware, lacks a 3. Headphone jack with a length of 5 meters. As a result, you'll need this adapter if you want to use your favorite headphones. It's for this reason that it's included in the iPhone package! It's nothing more than a connector. Your headphones will be the sole source of control over music and calls.

Is this an authentic Apple adapter?

My package came in a ziplock bag made of plastic. They appear to work, but I'm disappointed because I have no way of knowing if they're genuine Apple products. I am not going to place another order.

This was not an official Apple product, and my iPhone didn't recognize it, so I ordered it from Amazon LLC
3/5

My iPhone 7 says it's incompatible with my phone and won't work with it. It's also different from what's pictured, as the official Apple product (as seen on Amazon) has two cylinders with flat transitions from rubber to plastic/metal 3. 5 on the receiving end, with flat transitions on the lightning side. The wire into the connectors on the product I received has a rounded transition. I'm surprised Amazon would sell this directly to consumers, as it appears to be a faulty product based on my initial shipment. This is something I anticipate when buying from Chinese third-party sellers, but not from Amazon. I'm exchanging it in the hopes that they've fixed it because I've never had any issues with their "generic" items before. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I just received the Amazon exchange product, which appears to be identical to an original Apple product and works with the iPhone 7. If the product fails, I will provide an update.

IPHONE 7 DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS
3/5

"This iPhone Does Not Support This Accessory. " I tried it with both my Bose Quiet Comfort 2 and my iPhone 7. Bowers, bowers, bowers Wilkins is a brand of headphones. It stopped saying that these devices were not compatible after a minute of play. I used the original iPhone adapter that came with my phone once more. It was a total success. BUYING THESE IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.

After a single 3 foot fall, I broke my leg - I'd like a refund
3/5

Wow. I usually do a good job of keeping things secure. While listening to music, the phone fell from a height of about 3 feet, and the edge that was connected to the phone broke. Instead of becoming stuck in my phone, I was fortunate enough to get it out. br>It's a squander of funds.

They come in genuine Apple packaging and function exactly the same as the one that came with my iPhone 7
5/5

Based on the reviews, I almost did not buy it. I'd purchased a pair of knock-off sneakers. off-brand and suffered from some of the same problems as some of the 1-star reviews. I bought two orders of this item and they are definitely Apple brand, coming in authentic Apple packaging and working exactly like the one that came with my iPhone 7. Personally, I miss the Auxiliary jack, and I was furious when Apple removed it with the iPhone 7, but it is what it is, and I now require these "extras. " This one, at least, is functional. br>br>Keep in mind that Amazon will accept returns on items that are defective. I responded to the knock. for a full refund on off-brand ones that didn't work out. There is no need to worry.

a huge disappointment I tried to contact them several times, but they did not respond
3/5

On the iPhone, it didn't work. After I bought it, they informed me that it was for an older version. The new updates would be rejected. They also refused to accept it because it had been more than 30 days since it had been purchased. I bought it for a trip, but I missed the return deadline because I didn't try it out right away. a huge disappointment I tried contacting them several times, but they were unresponsive.

This is genuine Apple merchandise
5/5

Several people claim that this item isn't the real thing because Amazon has a bad habit of grouping similar items together as if they're the same. But what I got was genuine Apple merchandise, packaged in Apple-branded packaging. This is the genuine article. So I decided to write this one to assist anyone who was concerned about the grouped (? ) comments.
