I had to replace the headset cable that came with the headset because it was barely usable, so I browsed online and found this replacement. The one included with this headset is already much more durable than the one that came with it. As far as the volume control is concerned, it feels solid and the sound came through much better. The whole thing was too unbelievable for me to believe. For those of you whose cable is acting up, I highly suggest you try this out. If you are upgrading from the A10, it would be more cost effective to buy this headset than another one. This will save you cash and will work great for you!.

The PS4 controller works without a problem, but my party chat hears incredibly loud static when I use the PS5 controller. If the static continues, I've got to unplug the cord from the controller and replug the jt into the controller.

The sound of popping or outs. It is also convenient that the cable is long enough so that I can connect my a10 to stereo cables and tuck it back behind the table, when the cable is not in use. My satisfaction is 100% and I would recommend it to others.

My original Astro10 cable has been cutting off my microphone during gameplay. I read great reviews, so I decided to purchase this. Nevertheless, I experienced a lowered volume when I moved the wire slightly with my movements the first time I used it. My speakers' volume was completely unstable, and would fluctuate when I moved a wire just a little. I contacted customer support, and they had me return them instead of just refunding me. It's been a while since I have been in quarantine due to COVID, and I have an autoimmune disorder, so I was upset the refund wasn't offered. You take full responsibility for the purchase you make!.

To make up for it, I ordered these. My order arrived in two days. I received it two days after ordering it. It doesn't seem as thick as my original cable, so I didn't think they'd be as good as my original. I was surprised to find that they are really efficient. As in the original, the sound quality is excellent. In the current state of affairs, I am happy with my purchase. Any changes after a couple of weeks will result in an update to the review.

Normally, when I try to connect two outputs to a headphone splitter, the volume of my music is decreased. However, this is not the case when I try to plug in two outputs at the same time. These seem to be made of very high quality materials, and it is nice that the wire is not too long and has a plastic stop to prevent the two input cables from fluttering in the wind. The product from A10 is great!.

Like the cord that came with the headphones, this product is also made from plastic. Sadly, no volume control is available, but considering how my system can be adjusted, that is something I can live with.
