This unit went bad in less than two weeks. I wouldn't recommend it.

It doesn't seem that way to me. It is simply an adapter to allow a 3 to work with a 2 adapter. With an Apple iPhone or tablet, you can connect a mic or headphone with the 5mm connector. Those who do not have internet access should read this Connect Apple accessories to their proprietary Lightning port to use them with Apple devices.
A week would not be enough to convince me to purchase this work.

It might just be that those adapters with the thin cords between them are the way to go. At least I won't have to replace them after just ONE week. *edited to say A seller has contacted me with an offer to remove my review for $15. That is not what I will do There is nothing dishonest about it and it is helpful to.
It seems to me that Apple has a problem making wired headphones compatible with the iPhone. In my experience, I have tried a half dozen dongles and they were all poor quality and didn't work after a month or two. With the expectation that I might be returning them, I took a flyer on You should check them out! There is no doubt about the sound quality.
My only reason for using this lightning audio cable is because I purchased a couple other lightning audio cables **No buzzing for the first time - There is no distortion in the audio. Adding
2 to my iPhone's location prevents the "tail" from hanging off my phone. As a result, the connector can be more tightly attached to the phone with less leverage when it is twisted or subjected to.
Like me, you probably have a number of old iPhone headphones with three cords. With newer models, you can't use the 5mm connections. It is convenient to use a wired headphone while gardening or walking, so that I will not misplace my wireless pair. I didn't want my old headphones to go to waste, so I bought this adapter.
Here is the lightning connector and attachment I got from my iPhone EXR for an external microphone. I use an Azden SMX – 30
Interesting to be able to use such a high-quality microphone In order to get good video quality, you need a good microphone on your iPhone. This is a highly recommended product.
In my opinion, this would be useful for people who have wired headphones on iPhones that don't have Bluetooth I don't have an audio connector (Dang Apple. Decision made in the wrong direction). I have had no issues with this with my Bose and Apple earbuds, but I should avoid using it in a holster for fear of damaging the port. During the jiggling, there will be too much movement and confusion You have to torque down the lightning connector on your Putting the dongle on top of it, I believe it could be put into a pocket just fine. There will be a few days when I use it, but not every single.
The positives are the first thing I'll talk about. Regardless of the type of sound, video and music sound good. When I use a phone that has a headphone jack, there is no difference. There are no major issues with the build quality. A medium-density polyethylene material is used to make it A hard molded plastic (you can indent the plastic with your fingernail when you press on it). The item feels durable, but I am not sure how long it will last. Even so, I expect it to hold up better than a wired USB In the following sections, c to 3 are given. Adapters with 5mm inlets (they have a very high failure rate after one use It takes an average of three months to use). As an unfortunate result, my product came with deflective properties There are claims that the Galaxy S21 is compatible with it. A person on the other end of the line sometimes hears themselves echoed when making calls. Several different callers were used to test this. Additionally, I tested this with other compatible phones with the same results. A problem with the interior circuit seems to be causing this. The only thing I need to do is give them a second chance, and I'll let you know about the replacement adapter once Please note
A brief update A replacement device was delivered to me by Amazon, and it works fine. When I use the wired headset with mic on my Samsung Galaxy S21, I can listen to music, watch videos, and take phone calls. It has excellent sound quality and is no different than what I get from any other piece of equipment I plug my headphones into (whether it's a phone with a built-in jack, my Nintendo The product seems to work as advertised, and overall I think it is a good one.
This is a great way of reducing strain on my throat while simultaneously making use of the stereo mini headsets I have with my iPhone 11 pro, however it lasts between about 10 to 12 hours before the phone speakers are used to output audio. Headphones that don't work, other headphones, lightning earbuds. This is what it is. There was no evidence of damage or cracks on the device, but it is now not The circuit is simple for a part that does not move and does not contain any chips. A replacement is on the way, but now I have no faith in it. If this gear works forever, or not at all, then it should work forever. * * *Updates Replacing the failed device, which had only been in use for an hour. There's a refund to be had. We suggest going with the straight line Apple adapter since it is half the price and lasts a few months at least. It's a shame the product's quality is so lousy, since the concept of the right angle to reduce strain relief on the cord is a great one. Buying is not a good idea!.
