I came across this on Amazon while looking for a way to clean these records so that I could play them. I didn't have the funds to invest in a spin clean or anything else expensive, so I had to look for a less expensive alternative. I didn't read the directions correctly for the first few records, and while they did play better, there were a lot of pops. A good example is the album by Jimi Hendrix. That album was filthy, but it cleaned up nicely; however, I did not follow the directions, so there were a lot of pops. After a few albums, I reread the instructions and began cleaning the way they instructed in the albums, which sounded fantastic. The key is to be patient and take your time; the only problem I had was that the first few records I did were filthy, and my cloth got dirty quickly. I had to wash the cloth so that it could be reused. I didn't want to go through the process again. contaminate other records with the dirt Additional cloths could be added to the box by the maker.

The record cleaning solution is packaged in a pump sprayer that is simple to use. I applied the solution with a Record-Happy velvet record cleaning brush that I had previously purchased. It was on a used record that I had recently purchased. It was noisy due to dust and dirt on the surface, but it was much quieter after using the cleaning solution. Prior to purchasing the cleaning solution, I had cleaned it with a carbon fiber brush.

I'm not going to name the product because I exchanged numerous emails with the company, and I'm hoping they were able to resolve the issue. Cleaning residue that had accumulated in the grooves and was picked up by the stylus was the problem. There's a lot of it! This product claims that the record can be played immediately after the cleaning solution has dried. When I tested it, the stylus only had a TINY amount of residue on it. After cleaning, I still rinse with water, but that is just me. I should also mention that I did not clean in accordance with their guidelines; Like most people, I have my own method. I strongly recommend this product due to its excellent performance and low price.

I'm impressed by the level of cleaning that Record Cleaning Solution by Record Happy provides. I'm working with a McIntosh MT- There are five turns on the table. I removed a lot of surface gunk from my albums, and some of the older ones, which are over 55 years old, have dramatically quieted down. I've noticed a decrease in the accumulation of debris on my stylus. The money was well spent.

I have about 200 LPs/record albums (now referred to as "Vinyl") that I purchased in my late teens and early twenties (early to mid 1970s). I've always taken good care of my records and am wary of album cleaning products after a bad experience with "disc-cleaning" products. In 1974 or 1975, I wrote a song called "washing machine. " This product is fantastic at getting rid of dust and other debris. ever. If you follow the instructions, you will get good results. After the treatment, the records sound and look brand new. This old music nut recommends it.

This was purchased to go with my velvet record cleaning brush from Record Happy, which I have been using for months. I ran out of the original cleaning fluid and decided to try this. That appears to be the case. The bottle sprays a fine mist of solution that won't soak into whatever you're using to apply it. br>The cleaning cloth that comes with it is completely useless, and I strongly advise against using it, but the cleaning fluid is well worth your time.

The vinyl looks fantastic! This product exceeded my expectations, as there were a plethora of record cleaning solutions available on Amazon. This was, I believe, one of the most cost-effective choices. I'm overjoyed to have received it. It's quite effective. My albums have regained their luster. It comes with a small microfiber cloth, but it's more than enough. However, I recommend pairing this with a pack of extra-large microfiber cloths. For $10, I purchased a four-pack of large ones from Amazon. I use one to rest the record on (it's a big cloth), and the other I wet with this product and wipe from the center to the edge and back with the wet side. Then use the dry side of the cloth to repeat the process. Of course, I'm going to follow the grooves on the vinyl. Perfection in every way!.
