Having no experience with speaker wires, I can't offer you any advice. The wires on this boat are of good quality for the low voltage. If you want them to do the job, I think they can.

This section is ordered in 50' lengths. It was just barely 49', however. My normal reaction to these things is not to complain. I could care less about inches, but my wife is adamant. I need the remaining 3 copies, so please forward them to me The cable is 4 inches long.
I'm not an expert on wiring, so take my comments with a grain of salt. The electrical wiring on my boat trailer needed to be corrosion-resistant, so I chose something that would withstand My research led me to this one - it was the cheapest option with decent reviews by far. Among the thickest 16 gauge wire I've ever seen, this is one of the thickest ones I've As I'd debated using 16 or 14 gauge for this project, I was pleased to find out that it was closer to 14 gauge. The wire was simple to work with, but I only bent it by a couple degrees so it might be a bit tricky Overall, I'm very happy with the boat trailer application and I'm super happy with the final result.
The covers may be harder to cut, but I believe they are more resistant to abrasion. As far as I can see, there are no issues, except I might need to purchase.
My old outdoor speaker wire I purchased here on Amazon was crap, and I needed to replace it with this one because it seems to fit.
It is very flexible and easy to solder. I bought this wire to run the lights of a boat I am rebuilding, and it was easy to run and was a much larger wire than I need for LEDs. Although it was an expensive purchase, I was convinced it was a good deal. In the future, I will purchase and use this wire for my boats again. It made the job easier to have everything double shielded so I didn't have to run everything through conduit.
On the back of my conversion van, I added a couple of power outlets and USB ports with this wiring. Wire of this quality has been working great and there has been no problem with it. I ran the wire under the chassis and brought it up through the floor, and I have no doubt that it will withstand any rain or snow the car may experience.
The wires were used for rewiring my saltwater boat trailer. QUALITY OF THE HIGHEST LEVEL.
The outer layer is made up of fine fibers that can bend and WILL NOT BREAKTHROUGH, as well as an excellent outer protective layer. My three orders have all been terrific quality and the range of sizes has been great as well.
