I purchased it to use with my AT&T phone. It does what it does because of Connector attaches easily, cord has a nice length, and cord is simple to use. As I see a 5 on the hotspot, the actual DB strength is shown There is a 6db difference if the antenna is in place versus not. This amounts to a 2 bar to a 4 bar increase.

Using the 4G LTE MAX WeBoost compatible antenna works perfectly when you're just outside the normal coverage area, but if you're out in the middle of nowhere then the bigger/longer antenna would be more useful. This is great for metal-based products It is a vehicle with a body. To make Velcro covers for Ford Pickups (aluminum bodied), just cut each side to about 1 inch and sew with strong Velcro. Five times one. For the base (truck side) and the bottom of the antenna, you will need about 5" by 1".
