I used Rugged Radios MT-100 to mount on the driver's side fender of my JT. ANT- Jeep- On Amazon, you can find the DS Driver's Side Antenna Mount for Jeep Wrangler JL, JK, TJ, and JT.
This is a GMRS (462/467MHz) antenna that has been factory tuned. The antenna does not require any tuning.
This antenna is only tuned for the GMRS bands, as far as I know. If you want to use the HAM UHF/VHF bands, I'm not sure it's the best option.
You'll need a mount as well as the coax. This screws right to it and comes with the coax if you purchase the magnetic or lip mount.

I'm using a Midland MXT-MXTA25 with a MXTA25. I achieved a score of 275 and am very pleased with the outcome. I chose this antenna because I couldn't use the MXT-M's magnetic antenna in any of my locations. 275 was included in the package. Because all of the flat surfaces were either fiberglass or aluminum, I attached a bracket to the fender, and the MXTA25 has performed admirably.
For this installation, I needed a small, unobtrusive antenna, so I purchased this antenna for my Jeep Gladiator. It fits perfectly on my A-graded paper. It's hidden behind a pillar and can't be seen. I can hear a small underpowered hand held from more than a half mile away, thanks to excellent reception. I was pegging the reception meter on their device while transmitting back to them, so it clearly transmits with a lot of power. I'm pleased with this antenna in general.
Compared to the small one that came with the radio, it made a huge difference. I like how, unlike a CB, there is no need to tune it. I'll never use a CB again now that I've used a GMRS radio (Midland MicroMobile MXT115).
This 3dB antenna is a good choice. It does exactly what it says. My 6dB antenna is still in good working order. This is good for off-roading in large groups, but it's not ideal for range use. Midland has done it yet again with a well-built product.
This little guy is fantastic; his low profile allows me to take it with me wherever I go while still being able to listen to the radio. I was also pleasantly surprised by the range and signal quality it provided for its small size! I would recommend this product.
For my Wouxun KG-100, the Ghost 3db antenna proved to be an excellent choice. In my 2016 Tacoma, I have a 1000G 50 watt GMRS radio. I initially passed on this antenna due to a lack of understanding, but after speaking with some tech guys, I realized that this is the antenna I should have bought from the start; it's simple to install and works well with the ditch light bracket mount.
This antenna does exactly what it says on the package. On our road trips, we use a cb and a walkie talkie to communicate, which has significantly increased our communication range.
