Surge suppressors from Ubiquiti can be inserted into the line when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, in order to provide protection.
As the recommended mounting is with clamps, this is not how it was designed. The idea may be possible, but only in a semi-formal way Hence, we are able to do this. You might have to make some more major changes to the mount and/or clamps if you plan on doing so frequently and choose a location that is near a window rather than having to access it by ladder or on a mobile device.
The size of this mount is about 5 inches by 5 inches. Overall dimensions are 18" long, with an approximate diameter of 3". There are 10" of straight pipe in the pipe. Here is what the AM looks like I'm interested in mounting it to this mount, but I am concerned that its mounting brackets may be too far apart. Here's what I could conjure up.

In order to install a Nanostation M5 and Unifi Mesh on the outside of a cabin, I purchased one of these. Metal is the material used for this product, so it's very rigid. Depending on how you mount the pole (short pole or long pole in bracket), whichever direction you mount it. A variety of angles and distances can be positioned on antennas thereby allowing them to be mounted on building facades. Even though the bracket is very large, the mount is not all that big. Even though I do not have its exact dimensions, I do know that it is taller than a 2x6 board. This is important to note if not mounting on a wall. I cut, drilled, and installed a board at the peak of the building for my application. The antenna mount itself appears to be very solid, and I was able to securely mount both of my access points with it. A recommendation for this product would be appropriate.
After reading a lot of articles on the Internet, I still wasn't sure what wireless bridges were. These units were ordered from Amazon after watching a dozen or so installation videos on YouTube. The first time I set them up across the room from one another for a test, they linked up right away. The first unit was set up by running the Cat6 cable to the side of the house. I set up my second unit (Station) in my pole barn about 800 feet from the Access Point. It was hard to see the LED signal bar lights in daylight, so I had to wait until dark to align them. As soon as I had aligned the poles in the pole barn, I set up the Router. What a difference a year can make. As of now, it's working. I have access to WiFi and the Internet. The Ubiquity product is a low-end product that does not compete with the carrier-class equipment that exists today. Even so, some markets might find it suitable because of its low price. Take the time to consider what you have to offer. okay, but it seems to be made from thin metal and it appears that the fasteners are not stainless steel. A radio held up 80 feet high by three small rusty bolts, a hose clamp, or a tywrap that snaps in a bad wind can be deadly if they snap.
I bought this antenna mount so I can use it with the EnGenius model The ENH202 course. We used it for our outdoor needs and it was great. There is only one thing I wish EnGenius had - a decent antenna mount like.

I found the product to be fairly straight forward. It was easy to install. There is one star taken away because the antenna tube completely collapsed when I installed it. Details can be found in the attached image. The wrench I used was just a simple one. I did not force it. There was no resistance to its collapse, it just collapsed like a paper tube. Only when I checked the alignment and realized that I had already tightened the screw beyond the requirement did I stop.
