Because it's so light, I'd limit it to three feet.
There is no pole included with this bracket. It consists of U- Bolts that allow it to be mounted on customer-supplied poles with a diameter of up to 2 inches.
The bracket tilts up 70 degrees from horizontal, allowing you to get almost vertical if you have enough clearance past the roof line.
Two U-bolts are included in the bracket. Bolts that can be mounted on a pole with a maximum diameter of 2 inches.

I bought two of these to use as mounting brackets for my Waveform panel antennas. It's convenient to be able to adjust the signal strength in the X and Y axes. These mounts' hole patterns perfectly matched the four bolts on my panel antennas. They're not heavy-duty, so I wouldn't mount a large pole to them, but they're perfect for a small antenna. I hung them from my house's eave.
Made of pot metal, it's cheap junk and it's easy to break.
This product was ideal for a two-person project. On a tripod base leg, an axis adjustable mount for a directional antenna. Regrettably, the U The bolts that came with the pole mounting plate were too big. In the United States, plate holes are not a standard dimension, though they may be metric. This bracket was successful in achieving the desired results.
It's a solid mount that includes all of the necessary mounting hardware. This is excellent for determining the ideal antenna angle.
I bought this as a cell antenna, and it appears to be very light duty for my needs.
