It is a poor quality product & service

The seller sent me a defective ink cartridge. We worked with Canon service to rectify the problem, and the cartridge was found to be defective. The seller attempted to pass responsibility on to Canon, and then I was told that I had no choice but to accept the product as is. The only reason it's a consumable is because it's a product. The result was that I had a $181 balance left. The cartridges were defective 25 percent of the time. It was a horrible experience dealing with the seller.

The original is worth buying

To obtain original ink, I had to go to the store. Having printing issues down the road is not a good thing.

There are too many dollars in the air

It's just that I can never afford toner, and that's the only reason for my low star rating. The printer is 1/3 the price of a full set of toner cartridges, yet it contains a lot less toner! My understanding of it will always be a mystery.

I give this product five stars because of the ease of installation

The previous toner lasted a long time, but I have not found out the life span of this one. It is best to buy products that are authentic. You are making an investment in your equipment.
