This is junk! Oh my gosh. I don't think you should use fake toner, don't I? The real and expensive Canon 045s is one of the best in the world, but I get rewarded with ridiculous In the week of 4/11/20, I installed my new black cartridge. By the end of today, I had 79 pages of general stuff printed, probably most of them text, and a few of them were already in color. Several UPS labels were used for Amazon returns, and despite the fact that a barcode is more dense than text, there is still a lot less text on those pages, and thus it is quite possible to push through. There was also an image of a refrigerator in one PDF. I did not see any full page images or pictures here. In any case, after 79 pages, the cartridge now indicates that only 50% of the print is left. I give you a fifty percent! Why the hell are you doing that? If I want to, I can continue to print for quite a while after it gets down to 10 or 0 percent remaining, but that isn't I typically print 79 pages in 2 months on my previous printer before this (79 pages in 2 months is unusual). A standard black HP toner lasted me more than 2 years as I don't print much. Compared to even the reduced lifespan that HP claims for starter cartridges of toner (the black is supposed to be a "real" neutral one, and the three colors are "starters" only), the service life on my starter toners was EXTREMELY short. It occurred to me that this was also an anomaly. It turns out that I was mistaken. It is hard for me to choose between the Canon laser and the HP laser, but this toner life is NOT among them, and I consequently will not recommend Canon laser There is no excuse for any of this. Inkjet would have been a better choice if I wanted to pay this kind of consumable bill.

I thought the price of the printer was right, but I think As for the 3rd party toner, I have not been able to get it working. Spending money on a waste of time. Putting it in the waste pile of useless technology, I threw it out.

Arrived quickly and was exactly what I had hoped. As long as you follow the directions, you can easily replace it without much mess. This is good that Canon has a recycling program for its toners. We don't need to worry about print running or fading. Although, it only lasts about half as long as advertised on the printed pages. The cost of replacing toner is high.

The yellow Canon cartridge I purchased in February 2019 was used in my printer. The sound I hear when printing with my color laser is high-pitched, even though I don't use it often. The Yellow Canon cartridge that I purchased from AMAZON is faulty after being totally annoyed and awaiting over 30 days. We then tested all the toners and Canon said they could not provide a new one due to the timing of my order. The purchase I made is not satisfactory to me. It was a waste of $70! There is another toner that I have to purchase.

The problems with all four of the cartridges have been consistent. would keep getting a message every time I loaded one of these that told me to only use genuine Canon toner cartridges. took me a long time to get my machine to accept the cards. Moreover, the print quality is terrible compared to what it was prior to using these refill It was only after I did some research about toner cartridges that I learned that they have an expiration date. So now that I know this, I will be able to fix any of my issues. Each of the cartridges I purchased had an expiration date attached to it. Make sure you are buying from a trustworthy source!.

I find it disappointing that the black cartridge had to be returned when I know I'll need it. Still, I cannot express how frustrated I am. I also find it suspicious that the black cartridges are five dollars cheaper, which means the magenta booklet I got is not even worth the same as black.

Keep Canon! I tried a few off brands and they were all great for the first 100 prints, but then there were streaks. Stick with Canon! I have had nothing but good experiences with Canon products.

I was able to use it right away. Despite its high cost, I only got this Canon item since my wife's company paid for it, otherwise, I would have gone with a less expensive, equally trustworthy clone similar to what I previously had no problems with.
