It's exactly what I was looking for. br>I charged it and then completely discharged it. br>It's working fine; I'll see how it works with ime later.
Battery is in good condition. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The battery came in a timely fashion. It maintained a charged state after installation. I plan to buy from this seller in the future.
I used to have an old 2012 Macbook Pro that had only 15 minutes of battery life and would drain when left unplugged. This battery's life was restored to a few hours, and it now holds a charge even when not connected. It's exactly what I was hoping for.
It'll work with a MacBook Pro from the end of 2011. There is one corner that is slightly off, so you'll have to apply some pressure to get it to fit.
It comes with tools to make replacing the battery as simple as possible. I was pleased with the product, and the battery was a perfect fit. I was ecstatic to learn that it came with all of the necessary installation tools.
It could only be used when it was plugged in. I needed to be able to use it without being tethered, so I began looking for replacement batteries. I came across this battery, which came with all of the tools I'd need to make the switch. I had an untethered MacBook in 10 minutes, with no errors or problems, and I didn't spend a fortune!.
So far, everything has gone well. It's simple to set up and use, and it does a fantastic job.
The computer's performance improved once more. The battery life was only about 6 hours, which was clearly inferior to that of a new computer but not disastrous. The pace of life slowed dramatically. After 9 months, it struggled to hold a charge at all, which was fine because I kept it plugged in the majority of the time; however, after 10 months, it died completely, causing the computer to lag so badly that it rendered the computer useless. I attempted to write the review on that computer, but it was driving me insane, so I had to switch to a different device. br>br>BUYER BEWARE! br>br>I saw a few other reviews that were similar, but everyone seemed to be pleased. I'm starting to think that the majority of the reviews are fake. br>br>If you need a quick and dirty way to get access to some old data, this is the tool for you. If you intend to use the laptop as a portable laptop for three or more years, If it's been six months, you might want to consider moving on. br>If you want to keep your computer for another five years, RUN! It's not going to go well.
tldr: It was only a ten-month engagement.
