Liquid USA only sells genuine Lenovo products that are still sealed in their original factory packaging.
I'm not sure, but I was extremely dissatisfied with it's performance. It only lasted a few minutes longer than the original battery. Personally, I would skip it because it is much shorter than the advertised time. Also, I'm not talking about watching movies or anything like that; I'm talking about things like responding to emails, editing word documents, and other things that shouldn't drain your battery.
Yes, it has a "bump" that tilts the back of the laptop; the 4x50m08810 is a smaller battery (less cell count and Wh), but it does not have the "bump" - fyi
There is no external battery option on the T470s.

The S/N and P/N numbers are correct according to Lenovo, but the battery does not match at all. What's going on, I have no idea. Although the box appears to be from Lenovo, the battery is defective.
RECENT REVIEW: br>Well, I was in a bad mood after a long work day when I wrote my first review, and I had some issues with my T480 205L recognizing the battery. But that was my fault, and everything is now fine. I get a full day's worth of battery life. br>br>A note about serial numbers: if the battery inside does not match the product description and official Lenovo box label, it is likely that the SB10K585 is from the manufacturer (of which there are a few). So the retail part number (4X50M08812) in the description and on the Lenovo boxing is the retail part number, while the mfg number SB10K585 is the manufacturer's number. It's the proper battery. My B Liquid is based in the United States of America. ) Sincerelybr>br>OLD REVIEW: br>The model/ASM P/N SB10K97585, not the advertised 4X50M08812, was received. While the item I received appears to be genuine Lenovo, I have been unable to locate any additional information regarding device compatibility. While I can't speak for any other device, I can confirm that the Lenovo T480 does not recognize it. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> While the incorrect item is a "Lenovo Retail Packaged and Factory Sealed Product," the serial numbers are mismatched. The item is as described (4X50M08812), and the item inside is the model number stated above (SB10K97585), according to the "Lenovo Retail Packaged and Factory Sealed Product. " packaging. It's a little hazy.
Fast shipping in a factory-sealed container with a recent production date. Although the shape raises the back of the laptop, I have not found it to be an issue. The second benefit is that, thanks to the increased capacity, the Lenovo P51's built-in primary battery can be cycled at a lower rate, significantly extending its life.
The battery came in an unmarked box with a product label - That isn't a Lenovo label on a product. The box's opening was not sealed with a red Lenovo seal, and the battery wrapper was also not sealed. Based solely on the printing on the battery, it appears to be a Lenovo 61 battery. It's not a Lenovo product with factory-sealed packaging; it's a retail product. In addition, this seller is no longer available for this product.
As stated in the title, I am hesitant to pay $70 for a battery pack, but I had no choice after losing my previous external one; unfortunately, this one is not the thin one (for T480, BTW) that slides in to keep the laptop horizontal. I'm not opposed to a slight incline, but that means this bad boy is HEAVY. Keep that in mind if you carry your laptop around with you all the time.
Of course, this could have resulted in a negative review, but I reached out to the seller (TekserveRefurbished) through Amazon's contact-the-seller feature. Sure, I'd prefer the things I buy not to break, but things happen, and I'm equally happy (or perhaps even happier?). ) when a business stands behind its goods! br>br>Our experience with TekserveRefurbished was so positive that I've gone through their Amazon'store' several times to see if they have anything else we require.
I took a chance on buying this to extend the battery life of my ThinkPad T480, and it turned out to be brand new and unopened. With the maximum battery saving setting, I now get more than 24 hours of run time. After a week of intermittent daily use, the charger will be required. br>br>Although the laptop is now heavier, it is still worth it at 4 pounds.
This is a major upgrade if you have the smaller 3 cell. It allows you to use your laptop. It has a bump and won't work with docking stations on the downside. The laptop is angled slightly, but I found it more comfortable to type on that way. br>br>I went from a 1 to a 1. From 5 a. m. to 4 p. m. , listen to 61. On the 61, you'll find a number of 30. My processor is a Ryzen 2500u in an A485 system.
