For his 17th birthday, my 17-year-old nephew requested a new laptop battery, and I looked around and came across this one. It worked well for a while but then stopped working after a few months. I didn't bother contacting the seller at all. I ordered another and had it delivered to my nephew's house right away because he required it right away. I should have looked for another battery, but he was content with this one for the time being. br>br>The new one works fine; it doesn't have as long of a battery life as his OEM one, but it's good enough for him. It's a good fit and does what it's supposed to. Somewhere along the way, I decided to write to the seller and simply inform them of the situation. It wasn't for a refund or anything; it was just to make sure they were aware. They quickly responded, stating that the battery was still under warranty and that I should return the old one for a refund. But. The old one was recycled and no longer existed, thanks to my sister-in-law. Regardless, the seller issued a $20 refund to me. That's excellent customer service. br>br>Now I'm waiting to see if this new battery will last longer than three or four months. So far, it has performed admirably, but the previous one did as well before abruptly ceasing to function. If the same thing happens again, I'll update and rerate right away. For the time being, I'm satisfied with my purchase and service; this battery isn't quite as good as an OEM battery, but it gets around 4 to 4 stars. My nephew thinks it's fine if I wait 5 hours before I poop out.
After a half year, it no longer holds a charge and won't charge at all. Terrible. The battery was installed in a compatible HP laptop. When the battery is charged at 100%, Windows 2010 estimates that it will last more than three hours. Within minutes the time remaining drops to a little over an hour. The laptop shut down the other day when there was still over an hour left on the clock. I charged the battery to 100% and it just dropped to 80% with only 40 minutes remaining within minutes of me turning it on with only 40 minutes remaining within minutes of me turn This replacement battery does not perform as well as my old HP original battery. I exchanged the battery for a new one after returning the first. It lasted a little longer after that, but now it won't charge at all after a half year. GARBAGE - BUY A BRAND THAT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE SAME AS THE SAME AS THE SAME AS THE SAME AS THE br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. br>Two weeks ago, I emailed the vendor, explaining the situation and requesting a replacement battery under the one-year warranty. THE VENDOR HAS NEVER RETURNED MY CONTACT EMAILS.
My older HP laptop battery died a few years ago, so I decided to upgrade it and make it usable once more. I began by searching for a replacement battery for the old HP106 battery. I saw this listing and thought it was a great deal, so I ordered one, installed the battery, charged it fully, and then unplugged the power cord, allowing it to operate solely on the battery. When I plugged the power cord back in, the battery lasted 5 hours 38 minutes and had 10 % charge left in the battery . I had only expected the battery to last a couple of hours, but it lasted much longer. This person was browsing the internet, listening to music, setting the screen brightness to 80%, using word, excel, and watching videos. The battery lasted a long time and was in excellent condition.
If you have a genuine HP product, a new stock battery should cost you between $40 and $60. The cost is $60. I was quoted a price in the $60 range, but because they (HP direct) were out of stock, I had to look for an alternative. Thus, I can tell right away that this battery does not hold a charge as well as my HP branded one, but it does last longer than my now-defunct HP branded one. The battery is three years old. So, in the end, this battery does its job, and I get about 3 to maybe 3 hours of use on a full charge. On a good day, it takes about 5 hours. I would always recommend contacting your manufacturer directly for parts, but if you have no other option, like I did, then go ahead and buy this battery; just don't get your hopes up; these batteries are cheap for a reason.
My HP Envy laptop is a few years old but still works well. The original hard drive failed about two years ago, so a solid state drive was installed in its place. It has an older Core i7 CPU but runs Windows 10 flawlessly, so it was well worth saving. On-the-job training is something I do. I had purchased a new computer and was using it as my primary computer for all of my virtual teaching requirements. As a result, it had to be plugged in all the time and operated more like a desktop than a laptop. As a result of the recent uptick in on-the-job training, Workload on the line—Covid- 19—I decided to replace it with a more durable tower, but I kept it for portability. When I unplugged it from the wall, I discovered the battery was dead, despite the fact that this OEMbr>battery was significantly less expensive than an HP factory battery. It was a perfect fit, took a full charge, and holds a charge as well as, if not better than, the original battery.
The business environment is drab. TSKYBEAR INC. was the first company I thought of. The battery did not hold a charge for a long time, so it only received one star. A half-hour is about right. But, because I thought the company provided good customer service, I decided to give it another chance. I'm glad I took the opportunity to do so. I decided to give TSKYBEAR INC's new battery a second chance. It only took a few days for a new battery to arrive in the mail. A few days, at the most. This was before I even returned the faulty battery with the pre-paid shipping label. The company supplied a paid shipping label. For the first time, I believe a company recognizes that people need their computers for work and that time is of the essence. I was grateful for the quick turnaround because I did require my computer for work. The new battery lasts for a few hours, which is exactly what I expected from the MaH I bought. Overall, most businesses offer similar products at similar prices, so what sets one apart from the rest is excellent customer service, which TSKYBEAR INC. provides. excels in the field of I'll return to them for future purchases.
Just like the first one, it's simple. This battery, on the other hand, does not appear to last as long as the other. I gt informs me that I am running low on power after about an hour and a half. The previous one had a longer battery life and could be used while I was away for two weeks. Class time is 1/2 hour. For the next replacement, I'll have to pay closer attention to the choices. Sorry for the inconvenience, but that's the way things are. Thank you very much for your inquiry. Maggie.
