This was supposed to work with a Dell XPS 13 9350. According to Dell, such a battery has 96 watt-hours and a 7. The output voltage is 6V. In your listing, you listed this battery as a 7. Although it claims to have 6 volts, it only has 7. There are four of them. This, according to Dell, was not a good idea and would cause issues. Your battery also only has 92wh, as stated on the battery itself, in addition to the 7. Rather than 7, use 4 volts. In your listing, there is a voltage of 6v. The battery had stopped working properly. I had to do a bios update just to get it to power on and once I did that I couldn t get it to fully charge it after 12 hours. After that it caused The battery charge was rapidly depleted when used without the charging adaptor. Your advertisement is deceptive, and your battery is incompatible.

When the battery in my 5-year-old XPS 9343 stopped charging, I purchased this battery replacement. The good news was that it was a brand-new battery, not a refurbished or counterfeit model. It installed without problems and took a full charge 100% and I'm very pleased with it all. After a quick diagnostic start up, the battery health was 100% as well as possible. Some of these bogus battery replacements out there appears to only give about 57% health meaning it is most likely a bogus battery or used. This was well worth the money (almost half the price) because Dell doesn't have any in stock and there are so many fake batteries out there that I was afraid I'd be buying a bootleg. This isn't Take it from an A certified technician, but it worked for me. All the best for the New Year!.

I bought this battery to replace the one that came with my Dell XPS 13 laptop. 9350 Although it was described as a compatible replacement for the OEM battery, the electrical ratings were lower than those of the original. This battery's electrical ratings were closer to those of the original Dell battery than those of the competition. This is why I paid a slightly higher price for it. br>br>However, I was disappointed to discover that the battery I received had the same electrical ratings as the cheaper competitors. I raised an objection. The seller was extremely responsive, and he followed up with me several times to address my concerns. br>br>In a nutshell, I installed the provided battery, and it has performed admirably thus far. I'm not sure how long a charge lasts, but it's a lot better than the worn-out batteries. It took the place of the previous one. br>br>I gave this order a four-star rating because the battery works and the seller responded quickly to my concerns. I requested that he update his product description to reflect the battery's characteristics more accurately. I'm not sure if this was done or not.

I received this battery on June 13th, and it is defective. The Dell battery is 56 watts, while this one is 52 watts. The Dell is a laptop with a screen size of 7 inches. This one is 7V, not 6V like the others. 4V. br>This battery was installed by me. The computer would turn on when the AC power supply was plugged in, but the amber LED light would blink rapidly and incessantly. The battery was 63% charged at first check it showed at first check it showed at first check it showed at first The computer turned off right away after I disconnected the power supply. It showed the blinking amber light again when I plugged it back in and booted, and the battery icon showed 'X' and as overcharged at 225% when I plugged it back Clearly, this isn't the right battery for my laptop.

After a month, my XPS 13 would say it was at 70% and then a minute later it would give me a low battery warning at shut off and then a minute later it would say Charging the battery seemed to work some of the time, but not all of the time. All of these problems arose after the return window had closed. I contacted the seller, TCORE, and they promptly sent out a replacement battery, which was excellent customer service. I installed the new battery, and everything appears to be working fine for the time being. If the same problems arise again, I'll update this review and change my rating. I was going to give this battery two stars, but after speaking with the customer service representative, I decided to give it a four-star rating. I'm hoping that the first battery was a dud and that the second one will deliver on its promises.

I dealt with a faulty battery for more than a year before it died. This battery was purchased as a replacement and has met or exceeded my expectations thus far. It lasted me approximately 7 hours on full charge - , and it appears to be of the same quality as the original battery that came with the laptop when it was bought. I also liked how it was about half the price of other battery sellers. The only issue I had was replacing the center screw under the cover flap, which was a simple task. I couldn't get it back in, but that could be due to my own fault. I'm relieved to have a fully functional laptop once more. I'm no longer tethered to a power source.

This battery arrived quickly after I ordered it a day ago. I also sent a message to the seller the day I ordered the battery, and they responded within hours; the battery does not come with installation instructions, but it does come with detailed instructions on battery setup and battery longevity. For my laptop, I looked up a few You Tube videos, and the instructions were extremely helpful. The lower left interior battery screw stripped out for me, but one of the reviewers said they had the same problem. The previous reviewer stated that they lifted up the battery and turned it until the screw popped out because it was the only non-removable screw. I was unable to reuse the screw, but the battery was tight in the laptop with all of the other battery screws installed. Everything has been reassembled, and the laptop is now fully functional. I'm currently watching a movie to drain the battery and put it into hibernation mode so I can plug it into the power adapter. For maximum battery life, repeat this process 3 to 4 times, according to the battery instructions.
