Both of the batteries that were ordered were returned. Last week, the one that was sent via UPS was delivered.

For months, my Dell battery was stuck on 8% charged mode. I was unable to move the laptop to a different location due to its inability to be unplugged. When I unplugged it, it would turn off right away. This battery came in a timely manner. It was simple to remove the old one and replace it with this one. When it arrived, it was almost fully charged. I've been able to 100% charge to 100% and use the laptop on battery power without issues. Product is satisfactory, and the price is reasonable. It's a good sign, and I'm hoping it continues.
The first battery was only partially charged when it arrived: It was not going to charge any more money; It would not charge at all after being fully discharged. A second battery was sent to me by the company - The same thing happened again and again. I didn't have to return any defective items because the company gave me a full refund.
Every boot comes with an OEM battery. It's easy to set up and does exactly what it says it will. However, every time I turn on the computer, I get a BIOS error about the battery not being an OEM battery, and it won't boot to Windows unless I press F1.
This worked well for about three months, but it no longer charges properly. The laptop is still operational, but the battery life is running out.

Good replacement without the OEM price. Other than that, the battery was a perfect fit for the Dell 6440, with no voltage or charging warnings or errors. So far, the battery's use time on a full charge appears to be comparable to that of the computer's original battery.

The quality is poor. For my old Dell E6520 laptop, I bought this battery. The battery initially functioned properly, but after six months, Windows began to display pop-up messages. The battery was failing, according to the messages that came up. It has now completely failed a year later, lasting only five minutes when the cord is unplugged.
