I purchased the A1322 battery last year and have been using it ever since. It has never failed me, and it is extremely safe and reliable.
It depends on how you intend to use it, in my opinion. I've had three Not bad for 4 hours, sometimes even 5 hours.
It's not quite as good as the original, but it'll do for my old MacBook Pro.

The initial statistics appear to be promising. It has a little more capacity than stated, which is always a plus. I'm giving it 5 stars right now, but that may change in the future; there was a significant weight difference between my 11-year-old Mac battery and this one, which worries me. That old battery had more than 1000 cycles on it, and I could still get at least an hour out of it.
I'm hoping this cheap one can perform 80% as well as the original can perform as well as the original can perform as well as the original br>br>However, there should be a public service announcement about the battery life of these old Macs. Your operating system, as well as all of your apps, have all been updated over the years. Your Mac is using more energy than it has in the past. That is something you must remember. You shouldn't expect a new battery to provide you with 10-hours of power. On these old machines, a 12-hour life span is unthinkable. Oh, and the screwdrivers were magnetized, which I had not anticipated. That came as a pleasant surprise.
It lasted 5 months before dying. The battery is dead after 5 months and 56 charge cycles. I accidentally discharged the battery to 5% and that killed it. It solved my problem (I was able to change the system preferences for mouse gestures and set to ignore the built-in touchpad). pad when an external mouse is connected), but it appears to be a low-quality product beyond that. br>br>Original Review (5 stars), submitted shortly after the battery delivery: In Catalina, right after installing the battery, I got the following: ================================================================================================= Logo of Apple This Mac's Specifications the big picture Report on the System Power: br>br> br> br> br> br> br> br> * Full Charge Capacity (mAh): SMPbr> Count of Cycles: 6084br> 2br> * Requirements: * Amperage (mA): Normalbr> * Voltage (mV): 1273br> 11945br>br>In addition, installing the battery fixed my problem with the built-in trackpad, because if a battery isn't installed in a MacBook Pro unibody, MacOS won't detect the presence of a trackpad in system preferences (go to "System Preferences"). You'd see "No trackpad found," e. g. , if you typed "trackpad" into the search box. (Catalina) After installing the battery, the trackpad reappeared in system preferences, and I regained the ability to disable the built-in trackpad when using a mouse (in "System Preferences"). Obtaining access Control of the mouse pointer Mouse is a fictional character. "Tracker"). As a result, the MacOS appears to have identified the battery as a genuine one. br>br>The screws included with the battery are for the laptop cover's bottom. The battery is not held in place by the screws! The small screws, on the other hand, function as left battery screws, while the larger ones function as right battery screws (with a little force).
I've been looking for a good battery for my old 2012 macbook pro for a long time, but most of the ones I've bought before couldn't last more than 5 minutes without overheating the computer. This one is pretty good (it lasts about an hour off the plug right now, but it still overheats the computer a little). In any case, if you need a new battery, give this one a shot.
The battery is in excellent condition. If you want to calibrate the battery properly, I recommend following the simple but detailed instructions that come with it. This is essential if you want to get the most out of it. In a few months, I'll revisit this review to see how long it lasts. So far, I'm pleased with what I've received.
So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly. It's the second time I've purchased a replacement battery. This is a product that I would recommend right now.
This battery replaces the original in almost every way. The case is not completely flush because it is slightly thicker (by slight I mean 1/64" or less). Not enough to give a damn about it. The battery life is excellent. br>br> The computer's error message has vanished.
Quite straightforward- I'm looking forward to replacing my battery, which has performed admirably thus far. If that changes, I'll let you know.
It was extremely simple to set up, and I had no problems with my computer or the charger. Not having to purchase a new Mac saved me a lot of money. Thank you very much! I also like the new back screws, as I was missing two from previous issues.
