Questions & Answers
With a 19" width, the rack can accommodate standard data equipment.
The rack I received is 17 5/8" tall without the screw-in feet, allowing it to stand alone on the floor. The unit will be taller if you use the provided feet. When fully assembled, it provides 8U of storage space. The unit's frame rails hold it together in the top and bottom U positions, respectively.
They can be used to secure a component to the shelves that come with the kit.

4 UPSs, a switch, security equipment, and a modem are all capable of holding data. More than 59, to be sure. Fluid ounces: 8 oz and here's what I'm going to say. When you finally find it, the price is INCREDIBLY high. Well. Until now, that is! This bare-bones badass hunk of steel is the needle in the hay, diamond in the rough, lost brown Lego on the wood floor, or safety pin Grandma lost in the shag rug in the den in 1974 that you know will come back to haunt you one day. idk. But let me warn you: this is a bare-bones affair. It's exactly as described and depicted in the images; there's nothing fancy about it. Apart from the fact that when you "send it" and lock it in its lifetime home on the wall, it will allow for sleeve anchoring into foundation cement with an impact and won't even chip paint. This item is almost beautiful in its simplicity. It'll be able to support the claimed weights. My 3/5-year-old daughters assisted me in putting it together without the use of instructions, and it is surprisingly light for its stated weight limits. br>br>The only thing I don't get is how it works. What exactly was it that HR refused to allow them to print in the manual?.
The 10U is more expensive than the 20U I had from the same company, and it comes with four stacking screws instead of the 20U's four. It also doesn't come with rubber feet, which the 20U does. It also includes two short 1U trays, as opposed to one long 1U tray. One 4U long tray and one 20U short tray for a total of 20Us. If you're ordering it as a stand-alone rack that won't be wall-mounted, you'll probably need some feet. It was ideal for my application. Now I'm making far better use of my available space. Because the stacking racks became too heavy to push and pull into the space, I also ordered Echogear wheels, if you're interested. It was a little difficult to put the wheels on while the rack was being assembled, but we managed. They glide smoothly but do not have any locks, and they are silver in color. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and remember that everything is subject to change.
So, yes, it's a tenth of a unit. 10U tall. The frame takes up 1U at the top and bottom, leaving 8U available. Then there are parts of the back frame that aren't fully open and cover parts of Us 2 and 9, so there are now 6U that are fully usable for full-fledged full-featured full-featured full-featured full-featured full-featured full-featured full-featured full-featured full-featured full-featured mounting hardware for depth racks This won't be an issue if you're wall mounting it, but if you're hoping to mount something that will protrude from the back, keep that in mind and consider upgrading to one of the 15U or 20U models. I really wish I had, because it would effectively double the amount of usable space in my apartment. But it will suffice for the time being, and I have no plans to expand my home cluster any further. br>Assembly was simple, though there was one bolt that I couldn't get properly threaded. It was most likely a single unit defect, but it didn't stop me from finishing the installation.
So I just finished installing it, and it's fantastic. I went from a 6U to a 12U. When I read the reviews, I noticed that some people complained about the screw holes not aligning. That's because you didn't properly mount it. You'll know what I'm talking about if you've ever installed a door before. br>br>I had the same issue, but it was immediately apparent to me. I thought I had it squared away, but I was mistaken. You correct this by lining up the screw holes. br>br>The only issue I have with this product is that it does not include standard screws (which I already have in a pack of 100). So, in my opinion, the company should include at least twice as much for future use and in case you get some bad nuts (as I did). br>br>Also, the shelves that come with it are quite large, so if you plan on filling this rack with items, you may require smaller shelves. I simply repurposed an old one. Last. . br>br> The people who complain that the front braces take up too much room. Filling the rack with equipment, on the other hand, will serve as a brace. You'll be fine as long as you properly mount it.
This rack (along with a patch panel) were ideal for my setup. up to go from a rat's nest of wires and stacks of gear to a well-organized network rack The cable modem, NUC running Roon ROCK, and NASes fit perfectly on the included shelves. br>br>Take a look at the before and after photos to see the transformation. It took a few hours and several iterations to get the layout and wiring to look nice, but it was well worth the effort. br>br>I am very pleased with this purchase.
This rack is well-built, with precise screw and hole placement. There's no need to loosen everything up before tightening it; It's a nice square shape when put together. Shelves are thicker than those found in some other brands, and they can accommodate most equipment. It would be nice if one of the shelves was a little deeper; I'd gladly pay more for a four-point option. br>br>Some reviews claim that the mounting holes are not aligned, but they are perfectly aligned. The spacing of holes in network racks can vary. They're arranged in three groups of three holes each. 625 spacing, as well as. Between those two groups, there are five, but you can't mount shelves at any height you want. My wall studs aren't exactly 16 inches on center, so I wish they could have designed wall mounting holes with a little more lateral adjustment. However, when you consider the shipping weight, it's a good deal.
This is a solidly constructed wall mount rack. It has given me a lot of pleasure. I put it together and installed it on my own, but having a second pair of hands would have made things go faster. It came with enough extra mounting screws to install the switch and patch panel. I like it so much that I'm thinking about getting another to put below it for the UPS. If you're thinking about installing a battery backup system (UPS), double-check the weight and where you'll mount it.
Because the screws are so close to the corner and edge of the rails in Togo, it necessitates the use of a special assembly tool. Furthermore, two welded screws do not fit in the back bracket's openings. Metal rails are also filthy, with sharp pieces protruding; When I tried to take them out of the box, it cut my hands. br>I will not purchase this brand in the future and will instead purchase a pre-owned item. enclosure/rack that has been assembled.
