I ordered a small when a medium would have been more appropriate. I'd recommend going up a size from your usual size. This product is extremely durable and will not stretch. But, to be honest, you can't do much with this shaper. I only wore mine for a week because it is extremely restrictive. I'm much happier now that I'm wearing one of the light fabric ones with steel boning. I can take a long walk without feeling suffocated while wearing it.
The quality is satisfactory, but the quality of the product I purchased on ZSZBACE/COM is superior, and the same product can be purchased for $5 with the discount code "happy." Three of these products have already been purchased by me.
It is up to you to decide. If you use it for exercise, it will slim down your waist, and if you want to curve your waist, you can use it every day at home. You'll notice the difference.

I've been using a latex clip and it worked perfectly. Yianna's zip waist trainer has been on the market for almost two years. It has made a significant difference in the size of my waist. For the past week, I've been using this one. My waist seems to be getting smaller by the day. The second set of straps could have used a little more Velcro. This trainer comes highly recommended from me.
I just received mine! It's extremely relaxing! I'm 5'6" and 185 pounds, and I ordered the large; it's a tad big on me, but I'd rather be too big than too small! I'm hoping this not only slims my waist but also improves my back posture (due to a slipped L5), and so far it's working out beautifully!.
On my next day off, I'll return it to you. I was looking for a waist trainer and after reading the reviews, I decided to try it. When I opened it, I discovered that it was just a plain back brace with a pretty color. I compared it to a back brace I already own and use at work, and they are identical. It also digs into your skin and isn't particularly pleasant to wear. I intended to keep it as a replacement for my old back brace, but after about 20 minutes, I couldn't stand it any longer. I was forced to remove it. Nothing worked, no matter how many times I tried it over and under my shirt. It sank into my ribs, and when I stooped down, it sank into the bottoms of my breasts. And I'm not exactly a big guy. I only need to lose a couple of inches from my hips to be completely fit. So, since they're both made of the same material, I'm going to wear the one I already have.
I'm 5'5" and 150 pounds, and I've developed a new quarantine pudge. *ughhhhhzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz The medium was fantastic, and the BACK SUPPORT WAS AMAZING! This has made a huge difference in my posture. I thought it was just a regular waist trainer/girdle to wear under my clothes when I bought it. No, this is best used while exercising and/or getting out and about. It was not very comfortable after I fell asleep in it by accident. Due to the double velcro, it's quite bulky. GET THIS IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FOR ACTUAL WAIST TRAINING EXERCISE PURPOSES AND POSTURE TRAINING/SUPPORT, NOT FOR FASHION. I believe that if you want a true waist trainer CINCHER to "snatch you in" under your clothes and "sleep-in," you should get one. If you want to "train," you should get one of the traditional Yianna corsets, which I did as well. NOTE: I ordered the 4 Hooks (25 BONES) style of the YIANNA Waist Trainer for Women Weight Loss Latex CORSET CINCHER Slimming Hourglass BODY SHAPER in XL and this in MEDIUM. When I get it, I'll write a review for the Cincher as well. ) I hope this information is useful!.
I've only had this waist trainer for two weeks, but I've already noticed a difference in my waistline!! If you have a pudge like me, you should pair this waist trainer with a pair of spanx because it's not that long.
I just got this in the mail and tried it on. I bought the updated black in a medium size. My natural waist was 31 inches the last time I measured it. 5". As a result, I was at the end of the medium or the beginning of the large, according to the size chart. Because my waist is normally 27", I thought a medium would be better. Follow the size chart; mine is nearly too big, with the second straps touching (as seen in the photo). I'm not sure if the size is determined by the color or model you select. However, I recommend sticking to the size chart or ordering two sizes and returning the one that doesn't fit. When I'm not sure, that's what I do. Anyway, I adore it, and it's more comfortable and fits me better than the $69 and $79 waist trainers I bought when I was younger (and which are now too small for me). My torso isn't particularly long. As a result, my entire stomach is covered. However, one possibility: Although the bottom front 5" isn't as tight as I'd like, I'll buy another for around the house because it's good for posture. I'll be able to tell if there's a size difference between the two because I'm getting the blue one.
I was so concerned about the other reviewers' claims that I got cold feet and bought a medium instead of a small. The medium, on the other hand, is fine, and the velcro should allow me to tighten the straps as my waist shrinks. It's of excellent quality. It's long enough to cover the entire tummy if you move it at least an inch away from your boobs, and the back bones help with posture. It isn't heated, so you won't break a sweat, but it did help keep my stomach in place while I exercised. It's a good idea to buy it in your true size.
This is an incredibly well-made product that can be worn right at the waist in front or tipped down slightly to cover the lower abdomen! TERRIFIC! This belt helps to relieve some of the pain in my lower back! It was a pleasant surprise when I received a bonus. ) The boning is strong, and I can still move around and do my regular activities. This is how I put the belt on, despite the fact that it is probably obvious. The two outer bands should be left dangling. First, stretch the main and inner bands and secure them in place. Then, if the first bands are snug enough for you, either attach the outer bands without stretching them or stretch them before attaching them for even more support and a tighter fit. I'll be purchasing one for my husband, who recently underwent lower back surgery!.
