It also comes with a lengthener.
Depending on the look you're going for underneath your clothes, I'd recommend a large. It might feel a little tight at first, but it will loosen up. I'm wearing an extra large on the fourth hook because my waist is a few inches bigger. Six months ago, I started as a 3x.
Height at the front: Back height: 82 inchbr> 76inch
I'm 5'3" and 179 pounds, but I have a curvy figure and wear a size medium. An xs is my recommendation. I'm on the second-to-last notch and can actually fit the last notch, but they're super comfy.

The majority of my weight is currently in my thighs, but my gut is still a gut lol. I was trying to decide which waist trainer to buy from here for a whileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee When I saw this one, I knew it was going to be great based on the reviews, but I was so undecided about the sizing, especially since I have a short torso. I didn't want to go to my exact size because I wanted to get my money's worth and not have to buy a smaller size, especially since this one doesn't have the extension like the other black one does. So, despite my measurements, which would have put me in the M category. I chose the letter S. It was easy to put on; I had to suck it in a little at first, but once I did, it was perfect; it wasn't too long and didn't dig into my hips or back. The quality is outstanding! It's certainly cozy enough to sleep in, let alone exercise in. Ladies, if you think it will work for you, go for the smaller size. If you can't make it, fake it until you can!.
By the way, it's not LATEX. This is my new go-to workout buddy. This trainer is for all the girls who, like me, are allergic to latex. When it comes to sizing, don't go by what other people are ordering. I can't emphasize this enough: use the size chart and measure your waist! I'm 5'5" tall and weigh 176 pounds. My waist measures 26 inches and is on the verge of crossing into the 27-inch range. I went ahead and ordered the XS because it comes with an extender. I would have ordered too big if I had followed the recommendations of other people my weight. I'm able to relax. It wouldn't dig into my hips if it weren't for it. I'm able to take a deep breath! Bend, for example. I'm still in a lot of pain. It appeals to me. After a few days of use, I'll post an update.
I purchased the black version with 9 steel bones. I'm 5'8" and weigh 150 pounds, mostly muscle, and I bought this to help me create an hourglass shape out of my A frame. Here's what you need to know:br>br>Pros-
1. It works wonders for back pain. I could feel my spine straightening up on the first day I wore it. It made the best pops at the right times. I've never considered myself a sloucher, but this experience convinced me that I could improve my posture.
2. It's incredibly durable. The product is well-made, of high quality, and has a modern design. It'll help you stay on track.
3. It accomplishes the goal. When you put it on, suck it in and feel the burn all day long in your transverse abs.
4. It's made for people who are over six feet tall. As I previously stated, I am 5'8" and this trainer was the perfect length for me. The black 9 steel might not be for you if you're short, unless you have a long torso, but if you're tall and have a proportionate body, it'll be perfect. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
1. It's a little bigger than a small, a little bigger than an extra small, but not quite as small as a small.
2. Because it is made of latex, if you are allergic to latex or have sensitive skin to latex products, you should wear an undershirt. Wear an undershirt instead of risking the itchy red lines. br>3. I had to purchase an extender separately because this version did not include one. br>br>Suggestions-br>1. If you're trying to get into a smaller size, buy two extenders so you don't have to buy another trainer when you get there.
2. Underneath, apply some sweet sweat, tci gel, or whatever topical you have on hand to warm up those abs!
3. DO NOT SLEEP IN YOUR TRAINER, as this is the quickest way to break your bones. br>br>That's all there is to it. I hope you'll give this product a shot, especially if you're looking to slim down your waistline or improve your posture. Personally, I believe the $25 investment was well worth it! If the need arose, I would purchase again!.
I stand at a height of 5'2". 1 month after giving birth, I was 5" tall, 155 pounds, and had a 35" waist. Let me begin by saying that I adore, adore, adore this product! I was planning on spending around $70-$80 on it. I spent $75 on a well-known brand's waist trainer, and I'm so glad I did. It runs a little small, but if you suck in your stomach and hook the first few eye hooks, you'll be able to get it all on. When I measured myself to see what would fit after having a baby a month ago, I had a 35" waist. According to this site, I should have bought an XXL, but I went with the medium in the hopes that it would fit, which it did!.
After reading the reviews, I chose a size that was smaller than my usual - I usually wear a medium or large shirt, but I went with the medium this time. Even with the extension, I couldn't get it to wrap around half of my waist; it covered my back and sides but not my stomach. It was a huge let down. The number of reviews that say it fits their size, or even a size smaller, astounds me. I'm returning without exchanging because I don't think the large size will fit. As someone who wears a medium-sized dress, I can attest to the fact that A medium with an extension should at the very least fit around my stomach, depending on the brand of clothing. If you decide to buy, go up a size from your usual size.
I'll never buy regular shapewear again because I adore this waist cincher. An XL fits perfectly on the tightest or second tightest row of hooks for me, who has a 39-inch waist. It fits me from just below the bra line (which is good-- I'm 5'9"). It doesn't get in the way of underwires) to just touching my hip bones. I lose an inch around my waist and a few inches around my belly button. The fabric is a heavy polyester knit with 5% stretch possibly. It doesn't slide around (if it does, tighten it up), doesn't dig in, can't roll due to the steel bones, and is perfectly smooth under my clothes. It's comfortable enough to wear all day at my desk job, and it's versatile enough to wear around the house. All day long, it feels like a big hug. It's best to wear a tank top underneath because it gets itchy by the end of the day if you don't. This is something I'd like Kimikal to make in an overbust version- If that were the case, I'd buy my way out.
10 out of 10 stars.
