You can wear it for as long as you want, according to your preferences. It is up to you whether you are comfortable wearing it for an extended period of time. When I work out, I wear mine for a maximum of 6 hours per day.
I chose the one with only one Velcro strap. zipper. It's incredible!
It should suffice to say medium.
I was able to accomplish both with my previous Yianna waist trainer. Keep in mind that frequent machine washing will break down the fabric faster; however, if you insist on washing it, use a gentle cycle and air dry it. The product will last longer if it is washed by hand.

This instructor was one of my favorites. I'm 5'6" and weigh about 245 pounds, so I ordered the largest size, which was a perfect fit. It's very comfortable to wear and it works well under clothing.
I don't know if he's lying to get out of doing the dishes or if he's telling the truth, but I've noticed that I've lost weight since I started wearing this. Thank you for your wonderful products; I intend to order the size small in the near future.
This is by far the best waist trainer I've ever purchased. It is made of high-quality materials. I'm totally smitten.
I do reviews on a regular basis, though. I never imagined myself writing a waist trainer review. I've been through a lot in my life! I'm 5'3" and 210 pounds, and I bought a 2XL. So here's the scoop: PROS: br>br> br>It sucks you in so well that you can't even see the trainer under your clothesbr>Don't roll up when sittingbr>Two belts to suck in morebr>If you're on a weight loss mission, you'll eat less if you wear it while eatingbr>br>br>CONSbr>TO GET INTO IT CAN BE TRICKYbr>The clips are hard to claspb You know what I'm talking about if you've got one. To put this on, you'll have to work up a sweat. So prepare yourself.
I've been yoyoing between 175 and 180 pounds, so I ordered a size down and received an xl, which is too tight and causes my upper back skin to roll over. It would have been perfect if I had gotten the right size at XXL, but since I bought it, I'll just make do until I lose the weight.
It accomplishes exactly what I had hoped for. The material, the support, and the "stretchiness. " It's all of excellent quality. This is the first waist trainer I've ever had in my 29 years of life. I got a medium (but usually wear a L if I want to be comfortable) and am glad I did, but it was almost too small. It grabbed everything and compacted it into this little body I hope to have one day lol. I got it on the first hooks and was able to zip it after some fandangling. But it wouldn't have been as bad if I couldn't zip it because the straps cover the majority of my midsection. I'm very pleased with it overall. I'm 5'3" and 180 pounds, and I'm starting to lose weight. This waist trainer has instilled in me a strong desire to get started. I realize it's only the first day, so please bear with me as I try to remember to update.
I like how comfortable it is and how it covers the entire back area as well as the area below the belly button. Despite the tightening straps, I wish I had gotten a size smaller. The only thing I don't like about it is that the lower strap rolls up, which I believe is due to my small ribs. However, I think it's a fantastic trainer in general.
Because I should have known to order a larger size, I am forced to return the item and will attempt to exchange it. I'm hoping the cross straps aren't visible beneath my clothes, especially if I want to wear something more form-fitting. After I re-read the book, I'll update my review. purchase.
