Despite the fact that this is an older question, I'll still respond for future readers. Before ordering a med and lg, I read through all of the questions and reviews because so many people recommended ordering a size smaller. I'm 4'11" tall, 125 pounds, and have a 33 waist, so the large barely fits on the widest setting. In an attempt to stretch the thing, I almost pulled my fingers away from the nailbed. I'm going to return the med and replace it with an xl. I'll keep the large until I have a chance to try on the xl. I wear a medium in JR, so that's a plus. I'd say it's a bit on the small side. To see what works best, order your current size and the next size up.

The only way to lose weight and tone your body is to eat well and exercise regularly. This corset will assist you in achieving your desired shape. When I wear it under my clothes, it gives me some curves. Given your limited space as a result of the corset, it might help you avoid overeating.
Wearing this while sleeping is not a good idea. Wear it while exercising, but be aware that it may restrict your range of motion. I am 5ft 2in tall and weigh 140 pounds (I usually weigh 120-130 pounds). I'm 125 pounds, but I just had a baby two months ago, so I ordered a size small 25 steel bones, and my waist is currently 29 inches. It's a little tricky to get into, but I was able to do so by hooking the bottom and then the top. br>On the outside, the material is latex-like and has little stretch. The interior is soft and comfortable. The hooks are large, which is beneficial because it makes hooking easier. The stitching is strong and thick. When I got it today, I was taken aback by how light and flimsy it was.
