br>On the sides, there is ribbing that helps it maintain its shape and hold it up. I believe it also helps me sit straighter when I'm wearing it. The main panel is just a wide verlco, but there are extra straps that cross over it, which is fantastic because it tightens it up while also preventing it from coming undone while running or working out. This is so much nicer than my cheap one, which was always opening and rolling up! Also, because it's so smooth, I've been wearing it under my clothes during the day, and it doesn't give you a weird or bulky shape; you can't even tell it's on! This is something I would strongly recommend.

My current height and weight are 5ft 2in and 182 lbs, respectively. I carry a lot of my weight in my stomach now that I've had two children. I bought the black upgraded version in an XXL size. It took a week for me to ship and 1-week to receive. It took two days for me to receive it. I was very excited to try it out because I'd tried a lot of waist cinchers/trimmers before and they didn't work for me. Either it wasn't long enough to cover my entire stomach, or it was too stiff, causing it to roll on the top and/or bottom, which was extremely inconvenient. I also suffer from back pain from time to time, so when I finally put the waist cincher on, it fit perfectly and exactly as I wanted it to, and I felt immediate relief in my lower back. It also made me feel better about my posture. It was very comfortable to wear around the house, and I also used it to work out in, which made my stomach sweat a lot, which was fantastic! It was easy to work out in; I wore it on the treadmill and while doing floor exercises, and I was still able to move around freely. Overall, the quality is excellent, and it fits me perfectly! I'm excited to see the outcomes I'm anticipating.

I like the extra velcro straps on the sides, and I like the support. I'm hoping to regain my fitness as soon as possible. My back appreciates the added support. My baby is growing, and standing and rocking it puts a strain on it. I feel a lot better now that I have this belt. It's breathable because I was able to wear it for 8 hours.

I've been wearing it while working out and even doing chores around the house. When I wear this, I perspire a lot more. So much so that I now have sweat lines in the shape of this trainer on my shirt. It's very simple to put on, and I do lie down to help me achieve the desired tightness. I can still breathe without difficulty, and I've washed it several times because it stinks after two days of continuous use. When I'm working out and wearing this, I have the feeling that my back is well supported. I've lost about an inch in my waist since wearing this for about two weeks, and whether it's due to water weight or simply extra pounds, I'm happy to have lost that inch.
