I ordered on a Tuesday and received my waist belt through Amazon Prime the following Thursday; I've only had it for two days, but I love it! It gives me an hourglass figure, and while it was a little uncomfortable the first day I got it and wore it all day, including to work and the gym, it became more comfortable over time. I've already lost inches around my waist without this belt, and I'm confident that with my vegetarian diet and daily gym routine, I'll lose even more with this belt! When summer returns, I'll write another review expressing my thoughts. I'm 185 pounds right now. 2 lbs. and 4 ft. 11 in. I'm hoping that this belt will aid me in my weight loss and toning efforts!.

This is my first waist trainer, and I'm in love with it. Waist trainers have been all over social media and the internet for years. , I finally decided to give one a shot. I was in a car accident a few years ago, and the pain in my neck, back, and hips was excruciating. Every single day, I was in excruciating pain. Physical therapy, yoga and stretching, pain relievers, muscle relaxers, and expensive mattresses were all used to help me sleep better, but nothing completely alleviated the pain. I stopped going to the gym after the injury because of pain and depression, and I began to gain weight. I'm 5'4 and have had a curvy figure my entire life. Before the accident, my ideal weight was around 135 pounds; now, I'm around 170 pounds. I ordered a large, and it's the most relief I've felt since the accident the moment I put this waist trainer on. It's fantastic. The easy-to-wear wrap-around design with Velcro-adjustable straps is one of my favorites. I adore the support; the compression completely eliminates the back pain I've been experiencing for years. I've been wearing the waist trainer every day since I got it, and I'm in love with it. The cost is excessively low. I wish I'd discovered it earlier. This is a product that I would strongly recommend.

5 For myself, I ordered a medium, and for my mother, I ordered a large. Both sizes of photos were taken. As you can see, the medium is a good fit, but it is a little tight. The large is much more comfortable, and the company was kind enough to send me a larger size at no additional cost. I have a lot of waist trainers that I paid a lot of money for; the price for a product of this quality is insane, but it's still great. Thank you for providing a fantastic product at an affordable price.

For the past two years, I've been exercising with waist trainers. I've tried several different products, from Sweet Sweat to Ann Cherry's, and the Camilla's is by far my favorite; it's very comfortable, and I like the elastic bands that allow you to adjust your trainer to the size of your waist; with the Sweet Sweat, the Velcro ruined the cotton and wouldn't stick after a month or two, and it's harder to make the trainer tighter as you get smaller; and with the Ann Cherry's, the Velcro ruined the cotton and With the Ann Cherry's, you must connect the hooks, which takes far too long and is extremely difficult to do with nails. Also, once you get smaller, you won't be able to adjust the trainer and will have to purchase a new one. The Camilla's are by far my favorite because the first layer is Velcro, and the second layer has elastic bans that can be adjusted to the desired tightness. My first Camilla's were in a medium, and they lasted about 5 or 6 months before the elastic began to overlap. The Velcro, on the other hand, remained intact throughout and maintained its stickiness. I adore this product because it gives me the hourglass figure I desire and makes me feel like I'm accomplishing more when I exercise!.

But I digress. whenever I'm doing some housework. I like to wear my SHAPERX when I go for a walk with my husband or when I'm out running errands. I tie it tighter or looser depending on what I'm doing. Ladies, please take a seat. As I previously stated, I now weigh more than I did when I purchased this item, but when I wear it tight, it fits me perfectly. My ribs literally begin to hurt after a short time wearing it. But that's not all. Underneath, I ALWAYS wear a light-weight tank. And I'm starting to see the fruits of my labors. THIS IS NOT LIKE SPANX, WHICH YOU CAN WEAR WITH A SEXY DRESS AND WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH! It's designed to slim down your waist over time, giving you that Kardashian-esque figure.
