Questions & Answers
I'd recommend going down a size because the wrap will be too big for you once you lose weight. When I first started using it, I weighed 170 pounds and there was still room for improvement.
According to the product description, this should not be worn directly on the skin and should be worn over an undershirt.
Yes, if your normal size is a small.
You will undoubtedly achieve your goal if you use this belt in conjunction with some stomach exercises.

So, I just gave birth to my baby four days ago, and I decided to put the entire contraption in because. Why not, right? br>I'm 5'6", with extremely wide hips (I'm 22, but it doesn't really matter), and this is my second child. I gave birth naturally and had a relatively painless delivery. br>I'm not going to tell you anything you don't already know. I'd never felt so disgusted after giving birth to a child. I didn't have any of this with my first child, so it's all new to me. br>At the moment, I am 183 pounds. The "one size" is fine, but it's extremely difficult to get on if you're not a natural at pulling and pinning. br>I put on the belly band (front latch, which I didn't realize was the correct way to do it at first, so I had it on backwards). Then came the belly/waste, and finally the pelvic belt. br>The sensation was incredible after putting it on and walking around for a few minutes, then taking it off to readjust. When you're wearing the harnesses, you'll feel extremely constricted and huddled together in the back. And as soon as you remove it, you'll notice the weight of your stomach and how it just lays there. There's no avoiding it: you'll see it under your clothes. However, for the first few weeks after childbirth, this is preferable to a belly cincher (which was my original plan). br>I wore it over a tank top with a built-in bra, and it irritated, pinched, and rubbed my skin in the wrong places. SO. br>br> I'd say it's worth the money for the chubbier new moms (there's nothing worse than seeing only super skinny women wearing these). And the struggle to get there is well worth it. Plus, the uneasy sensation of being ordinary is a plus.
For the first two months, I was pleased with the belt. When I sat down, it began to shift and roll up. My tummy didn't get the support it needed because I have a long torso. As a result, I've come up with a three-point strategy For the past three months, I've been storing in1 belts in my closet. br>br>(Updated on 9/25/18)br>I was contacted by the company after my review was received, and they sent me a new model, which I love! This is the best customer service I've ever experienced!.
I purchased this product two weeks after having an abdominal hysterectomy in which a volleyball-sized tumor was removed. A lower c section incision was made on me. I had a larger vaginal incision as well as four small 1" laparoscopic incisions around my abdomen. I had severe edema in my lower abdomen as a result of the surgery. br>br> No one ever suggested wearing an abdominal binder after surgery, but as a nurse, I knew that compression would help with my swelling. Since I was two weeks out, I've only worn the pelvic band, which I believe was the recommendation in the instructions. It supported my incision site, but I felt I needed all three pieces in my situation because I had so many incisions and swelling sites. I've been wearing all three pieces for three days now, and my swelling has significantly decreased, and I can move around much more easily. The pain from sneezing and coughing has also decreased significantly! I've been able to get around more easily and reduce the amount of pain medication I take. I can't comment on how each piece looks when worn separately, but I can say that when all three are worn together, this product is a 5 star! My abdominal shape is almost as good as it was before surgery! The only drawback is that I have a 25" waist, and the waist belt is far too large for me. All of the belts are a size larger.
On August 23, I gave birth to my daughter via C-section. My OBGYN and I both agreed that I could use it the following evening. It not only relieves the pain from my incision, but it also helps to relieve the pain of postpartum cramping while also shrinking my belly. br>Thank goodness I'm only four days postpartum and my stomach has almost returned to its pre-baby size. This is my third child, and after my second, I developed a small bulge that persisted despite my best efforts, and this was three years ago. Thank you, God. My stomach is shrinking faster now than it was when my first two children were born. Get it now!br>br> It works!.
I purchased this wrap to help keep my stomach in while I exercise to heal the diastasis recti my children caused. I combine the belly band and waist cincher. They're okay, but I'm short, and neither of them cinches tight enough for me (this isn't a humble brag). I'm just a little girl with a protruding belly). This wrap is a little bulky and hot, and it rides up throughout the day, requiring me to tug it down on a regular basis. It does the job and protects me from quick movements that would otherwise cause me pain, but if I can find a more breathable, less bulky corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style corset-style I'll go with that for the summer. EDIT: br>br> Since writing this review, I've tried a few official, medical-grade products. I wanted to change my review because of the grade girdles. All of the above remains true, but I can now say that this wrap provides better compression while causing less discomfort than the other girdles/corsets I've tried. It's still hot and bulky, and wearing it while doing vigorous exercise in warm (70F and up) weather makes me sweat profusely and make me feel sick to my stomach, but I can wear it without pain, and it appears to be helping to bring my abdominal muscles back together when combined with specific exercises. I'll still look for something more breathable for the summer, but I'm starting to like this wrap more.
I've been 5 days since giving birth and weigh 203 pounds. I ordered the regular size and it fits perfectly; however, the weight restriction should not prevent you from ordering the smaller size. After putting it on, I immediately felt a sense of security. It relieves my back pain by forcing me to stand in a more upright position. I really like how you can wear one, two, or three pieces. For the price, this is an excellent purchase!.
Three days after my baby was born, I began wearing. I'm still wearing it five weeks after giving birth. The only thing I don't like about it is that it makes it difficult to breastfeed while wearing it because it pushes your boobs up. It does not irritate my skin when I wear it straight on my skin. The quality of the material is apparent.
