I'm wearing it for the first time today and I'm in love! I'm 5'5", 186 pounds, and pear-shaped, so I went with the Large size. I'm on the most secure clasp, and I'm loving it. I planned on wearing it for about a month before upgrading to a Medium. It smooths everything out and gives me a great hourglass figure. It does cause a small amount of back fat at the top and bottom of my back, but it is completely unnoticeable once I'm dressed.

I read a lot of reviews and looked at a few others before deciding to go with this one. I ordered it a week ago, it arrived on Sunday, and I began wearing it the following Monday. br>br>To address the main concern expressed in the majority of other reviews: The odor. Due to the fact that this is a latex trainer, it does have a strong odor. However, the day I received it, I laid it flat, and the smell had dissipated to the point where it was no longer detectable the next day. If it bothers you too much, I'm sure you could hand wash it according to the instructions, or spray a little Febreeze on the inner side of the trainer (not the latex side), and you'd be fine. br>br>The next thing to consider is the fit. I measured my waist and followed the size chart because this would be my first waist trainer; for reference, I am 5'7, 155 pounds, with some muscle tone and a long torso. I went with the medium option. On the first hook, I wore it. It was a little uncomfortable, but I attribute that to the fact that this was my first time wearing a trainer. It grew more comfortable throughout the day. So much so that I put it on the second hook the next day, and I've had it there ever since (for a total of three days). I've also gradually increased the wear time from 4 hours to 8, then 10, and finally 12 hours. By the end of next week, I want to be able to wear it for 12 hours straight and have it on the third hook. br>br>I was also worried that it wouldn't be long enough on me because I have a long torso. I was completely wrong! The trainer is attached to my chest and ends at my hip bones, and it is stationary throughout the day. br>br>Another worry I had was that it would show through my clothes. YES, because I ordered the black trainer, which is visible under light colored tops (white, baby pink, light blue). NO, because I ordered the white trainer, which is not visible under light colored tops. I WILL be purchasing the ivory/cream color (forget what they're calling it! ), and NO, because darker colored clothing and/or looser fitting clothing conceal it just fine. ), and I'm confident that by doing so, I'll be able to hide it beneath my lighter-colored tops. br>br>Overall, I'm very happy so far! I'll update this review as time goes on if I find anything noteworthy, but for now, I'm completely satisfied!.

It will be extremely snug, but still comfortable. (Ex. If your waist size is 38", it is recommended that you order a L instead of a 2X. However, if you are new to waist training and only want the trainer to fit snugly, order one size down. (Ex. If you have a 38" waist, a 2X is recommended, but an XL is better. ) However, if you are very experienced and don't mind being sucked in, go three sizes down. (Ex. 2X is recommended for a 38" waist, but a M will suffice. ) The waist trainer is very well made; I only wish it was made of thicker material, but overall I'm very pleased. I'll just have to purchase a new trainer sooner than expected.

I'm currently a size medium. & My End Results Have Been Amazing. I had a 35" waist when I started and now have a 29" waist. I'm very pleased with myself. If not, the return policy was straightforward and uncomplicated, so I went ahead and placed my order. The material is one of the best I've encountered for waist trainers, and my favorite part about this product is the sturdiness of the clips. I received it in two days free shipping as an Amazon prime member, and yes, the smell of latex was strong when I opened the package, but I placed it near an open window and it was fine in a few hours. THEY ARE NOT FRAGILE AND FAT LIKE OTHERS; they are extremely thick and can withstand any amount of pressure, which is a HUGE plus! It took some time to get it on the first time, but it was well worth the effort. Trust me when they say the easiest way to put it on is to sit down.
