I just wash it on cold and don't dry it! Allow to air dry.
If you are wearing the appropriate size. You can wear a tank top underneath it, and I don't mind rubbing fat burner cream or Shea butter on my stomach because it doesn't bother me.
It reaches all the way to the bottom of my pelvis.

This device is incredible. It manages to squeeze all of my fat up into my boobs from my back and belly. Is there anything else you could want? On a daily basis, I deceive people into believing I'm thin. br>br>However, be prepared to be hurt. It's hot outside, and you're going to sweat. It is, however, possible with a few reapplications of deodorant and perfume. Be prepared to sit upright for the duration of your sitting session. br>br>I wear it to work most days, working 12-hour shifts, and it doesn't bother me. CPR is something I've done a lot of in this thing. When you get to take it off at the end of the day, you'll discover a new level of comfort and joy. 😂.
I bought a size XS from the store. In general, I'm a size s in my everyday clothing. It's a teeny-tiny little thing. When it came time to make the switch, the vendor made the process far too difficult for me. Before making a request, make sure you're comfortable with the size. Finally, I accepted the fact that I would be stuck with the article without being able to use it, and that I would have to pay for shipping. Because they are too difficult to deal with, the vendor does not recommend doing business with them.
The graph is a complete disaster! I followed the chart, but the product turned out to be far too small. They do not exchange items, and refunds must be requested within 21 days. They have a difficult time communicating with one another. They don't reply for days.

One thing I can say is that the shape in which it is constructed is ideal for me. It doesn't bulk up on the top like a waist trainer does. When I wear a waist trainer, all of my skin that isn't covered by the waist trainer hangs out, which isn't very flattering. This vest not only cinches the waist, but it also holds all of my other skin in place while still creating a nice waist. The fabric feels very delicate, almost rubber-like. Because of how rubbery it feels, I'm afraid if I tighten it up to the next row of hooks, it'll tear.
