Day one: br>Let me tell you, this thing has SNAPPED my waist. I think a medium would have been better, but I wanted a smaller waist so I went with the yolo. I wasn't sure it would fit at first because getting it on was a real struggle. But do you know what I did? I sat down and took a deep breath! I almost zipped a piece of my roll up, but beauty comes with a price. So it's already a little tight, and I'm like, "Nice. " Then I remember that I still need to fasten the two small straps, and let me tell you, it's a pain. This is the real deal. It slimmed down my waist to the point where you can't see it under my shirt; I've attached two photos, one with and one without the trainer. I have a trainer that I wear to work, but I can't wear it to bed because it makes me sweat. I bought this to wear at night, so I can't comment on how well it works out, but given how tight it is, I wouldn't recommend it for a workout. The only problem is that I believe this Velcro will wear out sooner than the rest of the trainer. When you first open it, there is a little protection thing on it, but I believe that if you just put it on and take it off like normal, it will eventually fall off. I don't know how long it will last because, as I said, it's only day one, but I'm glad I got it.

The waist trainer is made even better by the double belt with hooks and zipper. The size chart is off, which is why I didn't give it five stars. The description says it's critical to follow their chart rather than your normal size, but I recommend sticking with your regular size; I'm disappointed because I followed their instructions and it's too big, and smaller sizes are now sold out.

I made the decision to buy this one. My primary concern was that it would cover my lower abdomen. it does. It is ideal. a pleasant experience.

I ordered a large, but had to exchange it for a medium because it was too big. However, it felt wonderful and snug, but there was no room for me to shrink!.

If it helps, I'm 5'3" and 175 pounds, but I'm curvy and my waist is significantly smaller than my hips, so you can use me as a model. This was truly incredible! It's extremely durable, and the two belt straps are fantastic! It is unquestionably valuable! You will not be sorry! The only thing I don't care for about it is the smell it had when it arrived, but I'll try to get rid of it. I haven't used it yet, but I plan to do so soon, and hopefully it will cause me to sweat. Also, I looked at about 5 waist trainers on Amazon, all of which had a lot of positive reviews, but none of them were as good as this one.

This is by far the most comfortable waist trainer I've ever purchased. It extends all the way up under the breast and down to the lower abdomen. It doesn't move or shift while I'm working out, and I like that it has two straps so I can get both my top and bottom muffin top! I'll buy it again if my waist shrinks even more!.

This is a fantastic coach. I spent hours looking for the perfect waiting trainer and this one is it; I was going to order a 2x but decided to order an xl instead because my measurements were slightly larger than the 2x sizing. br> I'm glad I took the time to do so. If you're between sizes, go down a size. I'm tempted to order another one to wear to the gym and keep this one for everyday use. The additional Velcro straps are extremely useful and give you a sense of security.
