Questions & Answers

Are these the new water-repellent ones that have just been released? Isn't it time for the old ll short?

Good day, Amanda. In addition, all of the new Classic IIs feature UGG's new Treadlite outsole, which provides increased traction, durability, cushioning, and flexibility. What does it mean when a size says b(m)?

The letter b(m) denotes a shoe with a medium width. For example, if the shoe is marked 6 b(m) US, it is a size 6 regular(medium) width, whereas 6 c(d) indicates a size 6 with a wider width. As a result, these boots would be ideal for anyone with feet that aren't too wide. I'm a little wider than average, and these fit perfectly! I hope this answers your question!

Is this something for the guys? Women's classic short ii boot, according to the description. Can you tell me what's up with the m after the size in the size choices?

These are designed for women, and the m stands for medium. I'm a size 8 or 8 1/2 in shoes. I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly, as well as being extremely comfortable and warm. I've added a second pair to my collection.

Do these boots have the same fit as the old-school shorts?

Yes!

This is not an authentic Ugg product! Although the back heel label says Ugg, the quality of the twinface sheepskin suede does not come close to matching the authenticity of original Ugg boots
3/5

Furthermore, the pair I ordered arrived in a box with no logo, no logo tissue paper, and clearly damaged boots! Genuine Ugg boots can withstand a lot of abuse before they need to be replaced. On their tough surfaces, tear marks start to appear. BUYING THIS FAKE BOOT ON AMAZON IS A WASTE OF TIME. You couldn't pay Mom to dress in these shabby shoes.

The quality is poor
3/5

This was my first time purchasing a pair of UGG boots. I'd always wanted a pair but couldn't justify the price; instead, I'd buy cheap boots with a similar look that wouldn't last, so I bought these boots for $160 on Amazon last Christmas. I've only worn them a handful of times in the last year. When I went to pull up the boot last March, three months after purchasing it, the outer sheepskin layer ripped. I considered returning them, but decided against it. I can't believe what I'm hearing. My husband suggested that we take them to a tailor and have them simply sew the area. We followed through on our promise. I've only worn these boots a few times, as I previously stated. They are very warm, comfortable, and adorable. However, I'm not sure if it's because I got them from a third party, or if these aren't genuine UGG boots. or simply the poor quality about which I was misinformed. It's such a shame! The ripped area has since ripped again, and it now looks HORRIBLE! Also, the sheepskin on the left boot is starting to separate from the sole. I can't wear them because they're too embarrassing to wear, and I'm guessing it's been too long since I've returned them; the point I'm making is that I've only worn them a few times. People should be aware, in my opinion, that this seller's boots do not last; my sister has several pairs of UGGS that she wears on a daily basis and has had for years, and none of these things have happened to her. Having to purchase these boots on a regular basis is extremely costly. I am DISAPPOINTED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF MY PERSONAL.

FAKE 110%! I'm a big fan of ugg boots
3/5

I understand the difference between genuine and counterfeit goods. I knew these were fakes as soon as I opened the box. Not only is the R trademark logo missing from the word UGG, but it also does not appear to be centered. Second, the stitches are all crooked. Third, the serial number tag on the inside is completely incorrect. It is not the same as the old or new serial tags. Ugg confirmed they were fake after I contacted them. UGG did tell me, however, that the tag with the model number had a real model number on it, and that the serial number was never registered or assigned by UGG US. There is now a company called UGG, but they are not the same as the original UGGs. This isn't the same pair of boots. These boots are designed to fool anyone who isn't used to or has never owned a pair of genuine UGG boots. A first-time buyer would believe these are genuine and have no idea what they're getting themselves into. They're also not nearly as comfy as genuine UGGs. When I contacted UGG and showed them photos, they advised me to request a refund rather than returning the boots because Amazon would try to resell them. They instructed me to notify Amazon of my need for a refund and to send proof of the boots' destruction. Even after I provided Amazon with proof from UGG, they refused to admit they were fake. They said they couldn't give me a refund and that I should contact UGG for one. Because someone is selling counterfeit UGG boots, the company will not issue a refund. I had to dispute the charge, so I contacted UGG and informed them of my dispute. They requested that I send them the boots so they could inspect them for themselves. They've received a slew of complaints about counterfeit items being sold on Amazon. They're attempting to prevent Amazon from selling their brand because it's causing them problems. The vast majority of Amazon's name-brand merchandise is either counterfeit [very good counterfeits] or defective from the factory. If you buy Timberland boots from Amazon, they will be worn out in a matter of months. They last longer than a year if purchased directly from Timberland. Name brands such as UGG, Timberland, Bearpaw, MK, Coach, and others are sold at a lower price on Amazon than anywhere else. How are they going to make a profit if they're selling them at wholesale?.

After a short period of time, the boots ripped! My daughter received these as a Christmas present

Her face lit up with delight! However, after only a month and a few wears, the back seam of the Uggs split, exposing the interior. We are very disappointed because we have just passed the deadline for returning the boots.

The quality is poor, and the boot appears to be low-cost
3/5

I have a pair of Ugg boots that I purchased four years ago from Victoria's Secret. I bought these because I wanted a black color and Victoria's Secret was out of stock. To begin with, the sole is only half as thick as the VS ones, which is a huge disappointment because I can wear the VS ones all day and my feet are fine; This is not the case. Second, the material is less expensive, as they have scuffs on the sides after only a few wears, despite the fact that I treated them twice with Ugg protectant before wearing them. Because of the thinner material, the scuffs were noticed. They have an excessively large size. Last but not least, my VS Uggs have a lovely brass plate with the word Ugg engraved on it. These have a cheap cloth emblem on the back and are stitched. Overall, the quality has deteriorated, and I expected more for $160. I will not be purchasing Ugg products in the future. Very let down.

It's no longer up to par
3/5

I first purchased a pair of Uggs 12 years ago. They took a few weeks to ship because they were made in Australia from Australian shearling. br>br>I finally placed an order for a new pair of shoes. Although I am confident that these are genuine Uggs, they are now manufactured in China. br>br>This new pair feels a little tighter and narrower around my foot and ankle, but the color is stunning. br>br>I'd prefer to support high-end products that aren't made in China, but the options appear to be limited these days. Vietnam produces some Uggs as well. br>br>It's difficult because you never know whether these high-paying jobs will pay off. Child labor, slave wages, and other unfair or unethical working conditions are used to create the end products you buy.

I intended to return it, but my child tore the box open. She is the real one in the photo below.
