I bought four different colors of these boots. They're amazing boots that are also extremely comfortable. My feet can be bothersome, so I frequently wear them around instead of putting on my regular shoes. Personally, I do not believe you will require an insole.
I found them to be true to size, but I'm not worried about the rain boots being too tight. I'd prefer if they were a little bigger so that I could wear thick socks with them.
Yes. My boots have been with me for nine years. I've never had them leak even when walking through flooded streets.
I wear a size 7 to 7 and they were not true to size for me. They were too small even though I ordered an 8. I had to send them back. I've had two pairs in the past and they didn't seem to have the same issue.

Shoe sizes are always a problem for me. I am between the ages of 7 and 8. 5 and 8, and are frequently frustrated by the tightness of a 7's toe box. I ordered a size 8 in Nomad rain boots a while back but ended up giving them away because they were too big. To keep my toes from falling off, I felt like I had to grab them. I ordered a size 8 in these Kamik rain boots with trepidation. They're fantastic, and the color is a lovely bright ruby. br>I wore them with dress pants and dress socks the day before yesterday. With the thin dress socks, it was a little loose, but it looked great underneath my dress pant. I also tried them on with thick winter socks and found that they were a perfect fit. I don't want them to be any tighter, but they're comfortable enough for me to wear all day. br>Even though I have short legs, the tops of these boots are snug enough that they don't flap around. It's easy to tuck my pants in or wear tall socks because there's plenty of room.
These lovely red boots had been on my wish list for a long time. They finally arrived, and they were way too small. I could barely get my entire foot into them, and they wouldn't even fit my legs. I'm not a big woman; I'm thick, but my legs are average; I'm 5'6" and weigh 220 pounds. So, because I was in love with the color, I decided to return and size up. They go up to a size 11 when it comes to clothing. So, my foot fit easily into the boots when they arrived, but the top rims of the boots are so small that they scrunch up below my calves. It's a huge letdown! You'd need chicken legs, toothpick legs, and no muscle in your legs to fit into these boots. No thick, large, or even medium girl would be able to wear them. They're designed for skinny, slender-legged women who don't have a calve. It appears that I'll have to lose 100 pounds just to be able to wear these boots.
This pair of boots is faulty and leaks. Because I was in muck the first few times I wore them, I didn't notice it. I was able to walk through actual standing water as soon as I put them on. My socks were soaked through and through. It appears to be a flaw in the production process. a small sliver of meat near the bottom My advice is to: If you purchase these, you will receive the following benefits: Before putting them on for a longer journey, stand in a puddle of water to make sure they're watertight. br>br>Just a friendly reminder - With their incredible service, Amazon - dealt with the problem:.
I originally purchased Hunters because I wanted black, glossy boots that I could wear to work and look nice in, but I was disappointed when they arrived with discolorations. I came to the conclusion that the $150 was not justified. I went to Amazon and found these, and I am very happy with them for less than $40. These are reasonably comfortable, sturdy (no holes), attractive, and easy to clean (just wipe off) after having them for a few months and wearing them through snow and rain. I wore these with wool socks to keep my feet warm during the snow because they double as snow boots. I like them a lot and am glad I got them for a lower price than the Hunters.
I don't write reviews very often. But I had to write a review because I adore these boots so much. (1) Functionality - br>br> My toes are no longer damp. They should, after all, be dry. They're not only dry, but they're also super comfy. I haven't had a pair of rain boots since I was a kid, but I finally got a pair, and they are the most practical and comfortable shoes I own. Not to mention the traction, which means I won't slip while climbing indoor stairs or up a wet hill outside. (2) Longevity - br>br> We've only had these for a couple of days, but it's been pouring nonstop. The last two days must come to an end. As a New Yorker, I require something that will perform well and will not degrade after a week of regular use on the city's filthy, uneven streets and sidewalks. I was blown away by their confidence in their work, to the point where they advise you to give or sell your boots before discarding them. There is also a recycling program if you do need to dispose of them for any reason. It gives me the impression that these are made to last years rather than months. br>br>(3) Color, color, color, color, color, color, color, color, color, color, color, color These were yellow when I purchased them. On a rainy day, it's difficult to find brightly colored rainboots to keep your spirits up. And, dare I say, these are quite stylish when it comes to rain gear! br>br>I was so impressed after only a few days that I just ordered some winter snow boots from the same company.
Despite the fact that I will almost certainly return these boots, I will give them four stars. The issue is this: At the top, they're a little tight. Which is odd because I've never had a problem with boots fitting me that way before. And I saw in the reviews that they were bigger at the top! I couldn't persuade them to wear anything fashionable. Simple rain boots that would go with whatever rain jacket I wore that day were what I was looking for. As a result, I went with a plain black outfit. They look and feel great, but I'm afraid I'd have skin problems if I wore them for longer than it takes to wash my car. I have average-sized calves. I've never taken measurements because I've never had a boot that I couldn't wear. I'm a size eight. I wore a size 5 in shoes and received a size 9. It was a perfect fit for my foot. I was wearing black leggings when I took them out of the box and put them on, and I was surprised at how tight they were around my calves. I'm not sure I'd be able to pull off a tucked-in pair of jeans. I don't wear anything but skinny jeans, either. So 4 stars because I think they'd be perfect if they had an extra 1/2 inch at the top; they're very adaptable. They were simple to fold and pack. This is critical for me because I had decided not to purchase any rain boots because they would take up the entirety of my carry-on luggage when flying. These are ideal for the job. So. These are the boots for you if you have smaller calves and want a stylish, simple boot that you can easily pack. In a rain boot, I also like the flat bottom. I'm not a big fan of the ones with a slight heel. There is also a lot of traction. So, going back to the beginning, I stated that I would "most likely" return them. Because they were reasonably priced ($25ish with reward points), I might persuade myself to keep them and see what happens if I stretch the top or wear them only with leggings. Who knows what will happen. I just ordered some Sloggers, and if they work better, I'll probably return these. Ugh. Calves are obnoxious.
