These boots run large, so if you're a half size, I'd recommend going down a size (I'm an 8). I was a size 5 (sometimes a size 9 depending on the shoe brand and fit) and decided to go up a size. In the size 9 boots, there was a LOT of space - Even with the Hunter fleece socks on, it's a win-win situation. The size 8 boots were a perfect fit for my shoe size. 5 feet and 9 inches:.
The main problem is that they’aren’t keeping my feet 100% dry while I’ve worn proper socks. The bottom of the heel is supposed to have a red logo, but the pair I got had a light blue one. In addition, the box is a little scuffed and some numbers have been blacked out. When I called Hunter, I was told that this seller isn't an authenticated seller, so there's no way to know for sure if the boots are genuine.
The original Tall boot was too tight around my atheletic calves when I tried it on at a REI store. I believe I would require the adjustable or wide-calf boots. Then I came across these short boots on the internet and decided that they would be a better fit for me than the Tall boots. So I placed an order for them, and they arrived two days later. It arrived in its original packaging (a lovely red box), and the boots are stunning! I'm pretty sure I'd like one of each color. It's very sturdy and provides excellent support; I ordered a size 11, and while it appears to be slightly larger than my usual size 11, it still fits. It reaches halfway up the thicker part of my calves and fits perfectly. I adore them and will most likely order a size 10 pair in the future. This is an excellent item.
I've only had these on for three days, but they've kept my feet dry. mud on my socks- free. I ordered the shearling inserts, but I can't wear them because they make the boot too tight for my bunion. That's fine; I don't live in a particularly cold climate, so I don't need shearling. I wear a size 9 shoe in my everyday life. I placed an order for a number five, and I received a number nine. The ideal match for me is: Not to mention how "cool" I feel when I'm around horses.
" Hunter Boots are always a good choice. They're incredibly comfortable, and they're even better with a Dr. Schoals furry foot pad insert. I usually wear a size 7 or a size 8. These yellow ones are super shiny and cute, and they fall just right on your calf! I have the tall ones as well, but these are much easier to put on and look fantastic.

Although the boots appear to be well-made, they are extremely uncomfortable. I ordered the correct size based on the item description and reviews, but it's a little too big. There isn't much in the way of arch support. In addition, standing in wet or mucky ground causes me to feel damp within a minute. I wear boots like these on a daily basis, and these aren't up to par with others. I also chose this height because I thought they'd be easy to step into and out of without having to use my hands. Not at all. If you're looking for a cute pair of rain boots, these are the ones for you. I'd recommend trying a different brand if you want a pair that keeps your feet dry, is easy to put on and off, and provides good arch support.
