A 9 is the size I wear on some shoes. Reviews that said to get a size up suggested the US 5 or 10, so I got the US 10 and they fit perfectly. Hope this helps.

It's awesome that these shoes exist. Truthfully, it's ugly as sin, but the comfort and stability you get is an unbeatable combination. After attending metcon 3s, I am looking forward to this. Although the squeeking, the narrow tow box, and the lack of padding eventually became tiresome to me. Wearing house slippers made from ultra-comfy material that allows you to squat in them is what these are like In large part, due to the design of the booties. The shoes have a good solid outsole and midsole but are still flexible enough to be agile. I would trust them for any type of maximal effort exercise. The Reebok Nano 7s have improved upon what was lacking in the nano 7s and I'm glad I chose this over the Metcon 4, even though I won't be winning any style points.

UPDATED On 27July2018 I previously reviewed the Nano 8's here on the site, but I gave them only a 3 star rating because of sizing issues. I wear size 11 shoes, but my toes were crammed up against the front and they had to be returned. We were going to have to move several times due to sizing, so I decided to stop by a local sporting goods store and try on a half and a full size larger. I find that the size 12 fits well. My intent is not to use brick and mortar stores exclusively as Because they need the money for their bills too, they might have been better off buying them from there, but I'm a loyal Amazon shopper due to their excellent customer service, so I reordered from there again. Perhaps I should wait a few weeks before updating my review, but I wanted to update my former, average 3 star rating due to sizing issues to a full 5 stars now to be fair to the product. The first consideration is the level of comfort. Despite not having foot problems, I have a very difficult time finding athletic shoes that don't cause pain to either my left or right foot. Whenever I need footwear for athletics, I turn to these shoes. It is very disappointing to me that this version was released. My usual size is 11 and I have been wearing it in my previous Nanos. This version is a little smaller than my previous ones. The tight fit of the shoe squeezing tightly around my foot was telling me they would be uncomfortable from the moment I put them on. My only choice was to trade up to an 11 even though it was somewhat reluctantly. While the foot width sizing is much better and gives you room to wiggle your toes, the ankle part feels a little If I start running or doing any cardio activity that does not allow me to stay in one spot, I feel the shoe could come off. It isn't something I can have in any competition that is serious. The problem with Reebok is that they keep trying to reinvent the shoe to get you to buy the new version, just to lose quality in the process. After all these iterations, you would expect them to settle on what works, but they always end up compromising quality.
