It would not be wise of me. Exercise on them is fairly lackluster because they are very flat and don't offer much cushion
I think they are better suited to weightlifting and strength training rather than cardio exercises because of their stiff bottoms. In the case of someone looking for a sneaker to walk or run in, I would choose something else.

It's a pleasure to wear these shoes, they fit well. They are a part of my crossfit routine. This picture shows a beautiful shade of pink that is even more vibrant than the original. part of these lifting straps is that they come with an optional attachment that lets you turn them into a pair of lifting hooks. Years of searching and trying different shoes brought me to this shoe, which I find to be one of the best Even though I didn't have to break in, I still got Delivery in the afternoon, wore it for cardio interval training in the evening, and haven't looked back since. There are simply not enough words to describe how much I appreciate you. This allows me to do cardio, intervals, and boxing with my group. Love it so much! I personally prefer Brooks Ghosts if you are looking for a running or walking shoe.
I wear an 8. I got these in size 5 and they were a little tight. A refund has been issued and a 9 is being ordered again. There's no doubt about them fitting perfectly.
A shoe like this looks very nice, and the concept of being able to adjust lift is a great idea. The problem with this shoe is that its back is too low, and even before the lift is added the foot slips out of the shoe. This is a very sad story.
This is my second pair of Nike Metcons and I'm so happy I bought them! My weightlifting feels more stable with them and I'm sure I will not hurt myself. This color is fantastic and I have received many compliments on it!.
I use it when I lift and exercise my legs. Perfect and authentic. There is a small size to these. In my normal size, I would wear a 9, but I decided to go down a size after seeing other suggestions. This was the perfect size for me and it fitted perfectly.
The crossfit shoes were just what I was looking for! The gym offers plenty of support, whether it is weight lifting or running. Following my workout, my ankles are supported and I do not feel tired on my feet. This is so pretty and I love it.
