I was able to return the product for free through Prime. The fit was pretty good. I got a 1/2 size up and they were a little big but I still managed to The size I got was perfect and I got a normal fit. (I bought another pair after wearing the first pair outside and getting dirty, and I now have multiple pairs!

It is highly recommended that you try these shoes out Strong and sturdy, my foot feels good whether I am lifting weights or doing You can hardly find a cushion for lifting, which is what you need.
As a woman, I wear the 8/8 size. We ordered a size 8 after wearing a size 5 and they are a bit big but I think an 8 would not Nonetheless, these shoes are wonderful for cross-training

Despite the fact that the shoes are patterned, I really like the color. Because my feet are narrow, and the sole does not have a thick layer on the bottom, these shoes fit me better and stay in place while I exercise.
I have been lifting and doing interval training for many Cross trainers were the only shoes I've ever worn, and I figured for the price that I should give them a try. HOLY COW! WHAT A DISTINCTION ! As far as sizing goes, I wear a size Running shoes are a size 5 and casual/everyday shoes are a size 8. My toe does not hit them when I do CT because I selected an 8 in these. I was concerned at first when doing CT that my toe may hit them but it does not. These shoes fit like a glove for me. I have a narrow foot, so I prefer lifting shoes that fit snuggly.
The shoe I'm wearing serves my needs as a general CrossFit shoe well. I think a half size down would have been too small, but reviews suggested a half size up - so I went with this size. The shoe was, however, a little large for me at this size.
This is what I bought for my wife, not only are they so inexpensive, but they fit her like a glove, too. The shoe she got last week was amazing she has never had a pair she didn't have to break in until this one. I would like to say thanks.
