Without a doubt. They are washed and dried on a medium setting.
I'm a size 8 shoe, and the mediums are perfect for me. Check to see if they're all the same size, and if they are, I'd send them back. Mine hasn't shrunk in the least.
It does not feel tight to me. They are extremely soft and give me a pleasant feeling. They don't aggravate my sensitivity/pain on the top of my foot, which is caused by nerve damage from a broken ankle.
My hiking shoes aren't particularly tall, so I can't say for sure, but I googled your shoes and, by eyeballing, I'd say they're about an inch taller than the shoes. I measured the socks while they were on my feet, and they are 7 inches and 1/4 inches from the floor to the rim.

I feel a little silly writing a review about socks, but I was looking for some good hiking socks and decided to purchase these after reading a review. To be fair, I agree with a fellow customer who stated that these "are the most comfortable socks ever. " What are the benefits of your product? 1) The cushioning is excellent. 2) They were as expected. 3) Don't wear hiking or combat boots if you don't want to slide around. 4) Do a thorough cleaning. 5) It's a very well-made product. 6) The orange pair appeared to be delicious, according to my dog.
I had no idea there was such a thing as sock engineering, but it appears that someone has perfected it. These socks keep my feet toasty without being bulky, and they cling to them like a white girl to a pumpkin spice latte. The color scheme should be called "the 1980s meet my grandmother's sweater," but since they aren't meant to be seen, who cares? Also, it grows on you like an ugly puppy you've adopted, and after a while you think to yourself, "Well, if you don't look at the strabic eyes, it's kind of cute. " I'm a size 8 (38 European) and the small sock fits like a glove on my feet.
Last summer, I bought these socks to prepare for a 40-mile section of the PCT in northern Oregon. My daughter and I split the pack and had a blast with it. I chose these because wool irritates my skin, but I wanted something that offered the same benefits. The arch support and padding were perfect (I have flat feet, so this is important), the socks stayed up without being too tight, they dried quickly, and they didn't smell bad after a few days of not being washed. There were no blisters on our feet. The vibrant colors appealed to us. They've remained my favorite socks to wear just about everywhere since our hike, and now that it's winter, they're especially warm for wearing around the house. They fit well under my tennis shoes and boots, have kept their shape and elasticity through numerous washings, and I usually mix them up rather than wearing them as a pair because matching socks are boring. I'd buy it again (I'm planning on buying it again).
I like the fit because they don't crumple up in my shoe. I've worn them hiking, barn chores, horseback riding, all day in the city, and to the gym. Shoes, work boots, riding boots, and city boots are all good options. They keep my feet comfortable and dry even though I'm on my feet all day! I've purchased them twice and enjoy the variety of colors available. I coach gymnastics and wear them in the gym without shoes, and they've held up admirably against the tough floor mats thus far. The colors are interesting and fun when I mix and match them! I get compliments on a regular basis.
Wear it around the house or tuck it into your boots. Darn Tough socks are my favorite, but they're a bit pricey, so I needed something more affordable. around- the- house- hardwood- These are even better than expected as a floor option. Average socks are too big for my ankle, with the heel sagging. These socks appear to have been expertly designed to cushion the right areas while also fitting snugly in the right places for a very cozy feel. Perfect for wearing with boots to protect your skin from the harshness of the leather. I'm not a fan of the garish color scheme, but that's not a big deal because I only wear them under boots and around the house instead of slippers. br>br>In order to go hiking, you'll need: With these, I'd be a little more cautious. They wouldn't be warm enough for chilly hikes (try Darn Tough instead), and the mostly cotton blend would make them sweaty on hotter days. On mildly warm days, I'd probably limit my hiking to short day hikes.
These socks are cute, but they have to be designed for people with the tiniest ankles. These leave grooves on my skin for hours after I peel them off, even though I don't have cankles or anything. The foot is a perfect fit, but the ankle area, particularly the top of the sock, is unusually small. They do, however, keep your feet warm in cold weather and regulate moisture in humid environments, making them useful socks. It's just not designed for people who have more than a pair of bird-like ankles.
They're quite snug and comfortable. battling for air circulation They are well-fitting and provide adequate cushioning for me on long hikes and backpacking trips. The vivid colors appeal to me as well. My only complaint is that they aren't very tightly knit, allowing dirt and pine needles to get into the socks (which is very annoying!). I have a proclivity for doing some exploring and deviating from the path. I'm on a trail and my sock is full of dirt, which is obstructing my progress. It's not a big deal for the price, but I thought I'd mention it.
