This is a better product than Smart Wool, who grossly undersize their garments. The only problem is that I always buy a large, even though I should be a small. Since my shoe size is 8, I should be comfortable in a medium based on their charts. The shoe size is 5 medium. My feet hurt when they are twisted upwards when I wash them and dry them on a hanger even though I put them in the dryer on the cold cycle.
